“Lived here for 18 months, never had any issues, whenever need maintenance, they responded very swiftly, (very minor issues). Jillian was friendly and made it appoint to remember my name which I’m sure she knows for all her residents, great customer/ tenant service whichever phrase you’d like. Payton was also very nice. An annoyance, out of their control so no fault in rating, the constant passing of emergency service vehicles, loud, and kinda often tbh. Or the cars with loud exhaust, feels like it bounces off the wall if you’re closer to the 176th side.”

“Hi, we haven’t moved here as of yet but we are totally excited about our move in date, we’ve been by here and the common areas are beautiful, and well kept up, the office staff and the manager Karen were wonderful, Very helpful and very professional!! Karen and staff made the move in requirements so simple to complete !! The complex owners are lucky to have this staff in place, believe me!! I’m leaving a place where I will call the common area very unsatisfactory and the staff was leaning towards being unprofessional, we are so looking forward to being a part of this wonderful community!!!!! “The units are large. We have a 4 bedroom. Lots of storage and the layout is perfect. The only drawback is the heaters on the main floor and ground floor do not keep the place remotely warm.”
