Amy is absolutely amazing! When I needed her she was right there texting me back or on the phone whenever she could.
When we wanted to see a house she had us looking at the house within an hour.
Not only is she sweet but she really is on your side the whole purchasing process. She also is the best at listening to what you need and what you want in your home not just trying to show you anything and everything and trying to talk you into placing an offer that doesn’t feel right.
I hands down couldn’t have asked for a better person to help my family find our forever home, and I will always recommend her to everyone I know.

Amy Virago did a great job for us on 2 fronts: She sold our old house quickly and efficiently and helped us find our new home within the parameters we provided (we love it!). She did this all while taking care of her husband, 5 children and with another little one on the way!
We were very impressed with the knowledge of real estate she brought to the table and her ability to connect with other realtors to help sell and buy homes. Amy worked with us to get our old home sold and us into a new place. She made time for us to understand what we were looking for, was attentive to our needs and took us to view a lot of great homes. Amy answered our questions during the process and made us comfortable with making the purchase.

Our home purchase with Amy Virago was excellent!Amy Virago is Very easy to work with, knowledgeable and experienced. We appreciated her professionalism, honesty and attention to detail that made this process so much easier than it could've been otherwise. With the relative scarcity of suitable properties in our price range, our home hunt required time, patience and plenty of research. After 8 months of searching for and touring homes, we finally found the one for us. Some close bidding competition, a rent-back agreement and a few extra inspections and some repairs were no problem for her to handle and we now have a lovely home that will comfortably fit our family for some time to come.

Beyond Adore, and Amy and her team, are perhaps the perfect embodiment of living up to your name. They have gone so far above and beyond my expectations that, without hesitation, I would recommend to someone who had even a fleeting thought of buying or selling their home. This is a long review, but the short of it is: they are absolutely amazing and made my families dreams come true while blowing us away with their professionalism and intuition and knowledge of the market and our needs in both buying and selling our home. Let me start with my first experience meeting Amy:In November of 2020 I had already consultated with a realtor that was recommended to me, that was not Amy. They had come over, inspected my property and told me I would be lucky to get close to the Zillow value of my home (which I know isn't a concrete metric, but nice to get an idea from). But first she recommended I spend thousands of dollars on beauty bark and removing trees and other frivolities. The total that I had estimated would run around $12-$15k. This is how much I would need to spend to get my house on the market at way below what I wanted and in hopes of getting close to what at the time I could only hope of getting. Not long after that, an acquaintance recommended Amy. Now, I'm not one to usually set up with one person and drop them for another, but in the interest of being fair, I called Amy at 12 noon on a Sunday, and she said she could meet me at 3pm that afternoon. Well when she showed up, she had a 3 ring binder filled with comps for the area around me and other info, and really just started going through my house with great staging ideas and small cost effective improvement that I could do myself and save money. When we got to the kitchen, she notices a light we have above the sink, and pulled out her phone and told me she had a seen a great light that would be perfect there. She on the spot ordered it from Amazon for me. Now, I understand some people might be a bit turned off by that, but for me, I was like, Damn, this person wants my business. We concluded the walkthrough and she was beyond optimistic in what we could get for our home. I'm talking 30-40k more than my other realtor. After talking with my wife, we decided to go with Amy. From the start, working with her was fantastic. Available at any time and she threw in and offered help at every turn. Needing to paint? Amy was there. Needing to clean? Amy was there. Needed to take thing the to dump? Amy showed up in a truck for us to load up AND THEN took it to the dump, paid to dump it, and unloaded it there all herself. Absolutely amazing. When it came time to finally list our house, she notes how the market changed and suggested we list for $25k more than she originally thought we should. For reference: our first agent suggested $315k, Amy originally said we should list at $350k, and when it came time to finally list, we put it up at $375k. The first day our house was on the market, Amy had a full day of showings. On the first day we got offers that surpassed what we could have ever thought, including an especiallly great offer late in the evening of the first day for $405k that had a 30k appraisal buffer. It ended up being the offer we took. Everything was going great, Amy kept us appraised of everything as it was happening. There ended up being a hitch that extended the closing date a few days, and Amy was instantly able to get us the Ernest money for the inconvenience. We ended up selling our home for almost $100k more than our first realtor thought we could get, while saving us thousands in recommending against unneeded beautification costs. She was so incredibly helpful and has such an amazing personality, that I just cannot say enough.

Amy and Jody were great to work with. They helped me understand the process as a new home buyer and answered all my questions.Amy was always fun to tour with. Here experienced opinion on the homes we saw was helpful while not at all pressuring. She was super helpful when I wanted to move up my close date due to unexpected circumstances. I'll recommend these two to anyone looking for a home.

10/10 Recommend Amy!! I first met her when I was considering selling my first home to just get through my divorce. She spent over an hour encouraging me to fight to keep it, knowing she wouldn’t earn a penny if I didn’t sell, but also knowing that keeping the house was what was best for me. Eventually I had to sell, and wasn’t able to use Amy, but she still supported ME. When it finally came time for me to buy my new home, she was the obvious choice and I couldn’t be more thankful for her knowledge, honesty, dedication and support. She is not only good at what she does, but you can tell she truly enjoy it. She didn’t hesitate to help in any way she could, or pause her own life when I needed her. Endless questions and doubt, she always made herself available and pushed me through the hard parts. I felt like every possible hurdle was thrown in my way during the purchase process but Amy just leaped right over them and help me over them as well. She literally went door to door in my neighborhood to help with an HOA dilemma that could have prevented my purchase from going through.She’s the BEST kind of human and I can’t recommend her enough!!

This review is coming a bit late (as I sold my townhome in September) - but I wanted to make sure I gave Amy the credit she was due!! She was fantastic at helping me get my townhome sold . She was quick, efficient and even brought things to help me stage it and make things look perfect for the showings!What I appreciated most was that Amy looked ahead and even identified some things that could be a headache paperwork wise with my sale - and let me know about it in advance, so I could have everything worked out BEFORE an offer came in!! This made things stress free and effortless. She even was available to answer questions at almost any time. Getting back to me very quickly if she wasn’t already available when I called. If you want attention to detail and a true professional… I’d suggest using Amy and her team!!! ❤️ thanks Amy!!!
