Very unaccommodating facility and poor customer service. I called on 10/12/22, My brother in law had his leg amputated and called to get a quote on a hand walker and wheel chair. The receptionist had no idea what I was talking about, even though it’s on their website, she said the website is completely inaccurate and needs to be taken down. Then gave me a few various quotes on a wheel chairs but said I could not reserve one for a specific date and it was first come first serve. He had his leg amputated, such a rude woman to represent your company.

I am appalled at how heartless and unprofessional this company is. My father had been renting a wheelchair that was given to him from the hospital after a hip replacement from here. He had been using the wheelchair for about 6 months or more and he was paying for it with his credit card on automatic payment. Then one day for no reason this company shows up at his house and takes his wheelchair. They told him it was for non payment even though he had never missed any payments because it was being taken automatically every month from his bank account.These people took his wheelchair and left him sitting on a chair with no way to get around. He lives alone and had no way to do anything. He couldn't even crawl or do anything to move because of this. If he had not had a cell phone to call me he would been stuck there in that chair for who knows how long.I just can't believe someone would do this to him. He was not late on a payment and by error this company left him stranded unable to move around and helpless. For what?? To take a wheelchair back to dispose of it? To put it back on a shelf? I mean damn.... Pretty messed up if you ask me.... I don't recommend this company at all!!!

Stores like this aren't easy to find. If you need "odds and ends" medical supplies, this is a store to check out. It looks unassuming and there are few reviews, but I needed nebulizer masks and had no idea where to look. Took a chance on this place cuz it 'looked' like a medical supply store. Rest assured, it is, in fact, a medical supply store. It's not huge, but it has the stuff an average RiteAid would not have. We also got a wheeled walker and the price wasnt unreasonable. Reviews like this are needed for small businesses, so the average person can read someone saying "yes, this is the place you're looking for!"

They have what I need but the wait for them to call L&I and confirm the claim takes forever. It adds to the time when they answer the phone and help other customers. An establishment like this should have access to obtaining insurance information faster then this. Especially when I have all the paperwork and proof.

I have nothing but good things to say AMRS. The Respiratory therapist was very helpful in finding a mask that worked for me. I did have a billing issue that dragged on after I changed insurance companies. However they settled for a reasonable price when I said this shouldn't have even been an issue.

I went in for some medical equipment for my son who had just had a full spinal fusion. He needed some assisted devices. Things like a bed stool for him to get in and out of bed and a pole to help assist him up to a standing position. I went in inquiring about the cost and whether or not insurance would cover these items. Not only did they tell me that insurance would not cover these items because they were "luxury" items but they were very misinformed. They didn't even know if the stool I needed existed. I went home and did a search on Amazon and up popped the very stool I needed. This store was adamant that one did not exist. I was able to get coverage for these items through insurance and I was able to get them much cheaper from somewhere else. I will not be going back.

My husband had surgery last week and needs a knee scooter. My husband and I have called and left messages with the promise of calls back since Tuesday today is Saturday and still do not have what we need nor have we received a call back from Holly. Honestly the communication has been very poor and I decided to go to another medical supply company.

They were very helpful making the purchase but should tell you when your buying an item you can't return . They make it well known you can't tetutn lift chairs and power eauipnemt ...but didn't mention the safety rails were not returnable under any circumstances.....the ones I bought never left my car and the seals on the box are intact. I just feel it would be a courtesy to inform you when paying

When I wanted to get out of the hospital in November and avoid a snf to convalescent, I called this company and they were able to get me a bed delivered within a day. Their price was fair, customer service was exceptional, and the bed was just removed and taken away by Chris, a customer service plus oriented employee. I would not hesitate recommend this company.

I came in looking for hospital gowns for my client and they have everything I was looking for! Bobbie had excellent service. Was extremely helpful and made the experience great! I would ask for her if ever needing assistance again :)
