It's Christmas Eve morning, and it's been rough for this mama. Had to return a few things with both young boys in toe. I had never been into the Amazon Go store before, so I was discombobulated, to say the least. The girl who helped me figure out how to do the returns was SO patient and helpful.
The man who helped me figure out the food ordering was so so kind, and when I asked where the gift cards were he was so nice to point them out when they were LITERALLY right in front of me.
My son, who is very picky about his food, absolutely loved the breakfast sandwich that the kind lady in the kitchen area made for him.
All that to say, I am so impressed with this store and its workers. The patience and kindness were so needed today, and even though they may think they were just doing their job, the extra help and care truly made all the difference to me. ❤️🥹💚

Came in at 9 PM an hour before they close, the floors were so wet that we had to tiptoe on them. Literally if somebody fell, you’re getting soon, I don’t care how many wet signs you have out we came in for a Gingerale soda and an ice cream mind you again an hour before close both the soda machine were down for cleaning and so was the ice cream machine I looked at the employee and I said hey does your manager know that you shut down everything and he said yes he told us too because of labor to make sure we get out right at close I was so excited when you guys came into the neighborhood now it’s just been a disappointment. Hope nobody falls on your floors.

Horrible experience.
The girl in the store looked like they brought her in off the street she was putting cups in for drinks and completely ignored me I'm standing there she saw me and I thought well I wonder how long she's going to make me wait? So I had to literally look at her and ring the bell.
She gave me a look. Start drinking a drink from the drink section.
Never said a word to me. Walked over I had my little box on the counter and she just starief at me. No hello know welcome zero. She literally looked angry to just be there. I had my phone out so she scaned my code, a label pops up, she puts it on the box. Grabs it turns around throws it in a bin and walks off. Never said one word to me.
Looked very unkept and just pissed to be there.
So I left astonished. I decided I want proof that I dropped the package off so I came back in. She's looking at me no words again and I said do I get some kind of proof that I brought this back to you?
She said no. I said really so I just have to trust that it's going to be going back and it went through. And she just said yeah and walked off again!!
I certainly will make it a point to avoid that Amazon go store for sure. 4PM 10/21/2024

The opposite of a convenience store. I picked up a bag of chips and put it back 2 seconds later but I was still charged for it. I submitted a refund request, which was processed but not for the full amount of the chips, it was short $.90. When I called customer service, they could see the mistake but couldn't correct over the phone and told me to go back to the store. Amazon screwed up twice and wants me to return to the store to resolve it, for $.90. oh yes, how convenient.

Loved it. I just wish it had an electronics section. I noticed this one only did food. 😅

Customer service only goes so far. The prices were expensive here. But the icing is that my mom lost her keys and we couldn't even call to simply check if they were turned in. Customer service robot wanted to text us about packages.

Amazon recognized the flaw in the traditional convenience store model: despite being everywhere, they often fall short in terms of actual convenience. They might offer a few essentials at inflated prices, but that's about it. Amazon Go addresses these shortcomings, redefining convenience with its cashierless technology, convenient return drop-off, and thoughtful design.
As an extrovert, I enjoy interacting with cashiers, but I understand that not everyone shares this sentiment. Amazon Go caters to introverts and those in a hurry, allowing them to grab a quick snack, coffee, or other necessities without human contact. You can even use a credit card for entry, eliminating the need for an Amazon account - it's like they've anticipated every need.
The store's central location, diverse selection, and competitive deals make it a perfect pit stop on my commute or whenever I need something in a pinch. I handle all my Amazon returns here, and each time I receive a same-day coupon for in-store use. I can even combine these with coupons from mailings, online sources, and other promotions.
Their made-to-order hot food is consistently delicious, and they even offer gluten-free bread for those with dietary restrictions, like my friend with celiac disease. It's clear that they've gone the extra mile to accommodate a variety of needs.
My only criticisms are minor: they use the same Coca-Cola Freestyle machine as other stores, and I find the flavor is often off, regardless of the drink I get or the location I am at. This isn't a reflection on Amazon Go, but rather a general observation of Coke's Freestyle machines and their flaws.
Additionally, their prices are comparable to gas stations or convenience stores, not grocery stores, so I wouldn't go in expecting significant savings unless you're utilizing coupons or deals.
Overall, Amazon Go sets a new standard for convenience, offering a seamless shopping experience that caters to a variety of needs. While there's room for improvement in certain areas, it's undoubtedly a valuable addition to the retail landscape.

Please make sure to check your bank account. This store places a $50 hold on your account without notifying their customers. If you check the machine when you first walk in it states you will only be charged a $1.00 temp charge. When I called Amazon about the extra $49 that was charged to my account they said they couldn’t find it and asked me to get a transaction id# from my bank. I kept getting the run around. Please be careful with shopping at this location. I had to file a dispute with bank and my card had to be cancel just to ensure that Amazon go or Amazon doesn’t steal from me again! I won’t be shopping with Amazon go again!!

My favorite return option they never have a line. Navigating the entrance in the app takes some getting used to it took me two trips to get it down. I recommend putting your screen on the brightest option. My kids love going in for a quick drink or slushy. They have a freestyle machine. I always get the coupon in store at the return desk so whatever I buy is typically a couple of dollar if not less.

Wow! This was a 6-inch sandwich. Is on sale for $5. However, they may run a special. So, you also get an extra $2 off total for this sandwich $3. You can add chips and drink for an extra $2.
The customer service out of this world. This sandwich is excellent. I would run into your nearby "Amazon Go" store and pick up the sandwich.
Thanks to the Amazon Go team. This was my first purchase at an Amazon Go. It was well.worth it.

Amazon Go is a game-changer! I absolutely love how quick and effortless it is to return items and pick up food all in one place. The seamless technology allows for a fast, hassle-free experience, making errands feel like a breeze.
Returning items is straightforward and efficient, without any long lines or complicated processes. Plus, being able to grab a meal or snack while handling returns is incredibly convenient. The store’s innovative setup ensures you’re in and out in no time, making the most of your visit.
The convenience and speed offered by Amazon Go make it a standout choice for anyone with a busy schedule. It’s clear that they’ve thought of everything to make shopping and returns as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!

Walked in… had issues with the whole “wrist” thing” and couldn’t figure out how to get in… I asked the staff… they weren’t very helpful…
Ended up going to Safeway, on the corner…
What is this place for again? I mean, really? 😣
At least you folks can deliver a 📦! 🫡

This place took forever to process my return. I've never used Amazon go to processor return again, but as far as I could tell I might as well just mailed it in. 5 hours later and it still says that my package hasn't even been received by the store. I don't know how the process works. But if you thought it was going to be fast you may be mistaken.
