What a great place to visit. I had always assumed they sold only stuff for yards and landscaping (trees, shrubs, etc). And while they certainly do carry a large selection of those, they do have a massive collection of indoor and houseplants too.Not only did I get a kick out of the massive monstera they have inside, but I found a great selection of plants, both starter and mature for sale, and was even able to cross a few off my wishlist. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable as well.I’ll definitely be back.

I am a huge indoor plant nut. I have over 100 plants in my house, most of them uncommon or rare. So I love finding places that have lots of things I don't already have. I also love finding places that nurture a love of plants and strive to share and grow that love to their customers and clients. This place is not that. Case in point. They have the largest and most impressive wall of beautiful monstera Albo I've ever seen. They brag that they all came from the old gramma plant in the corner that is decades old, apparently purchased by the owner over twenty years ago before he even knew what it was. What a great story!! I'd like to buy one! Where are the prices? Oh, sorry! Not for sale! We just like to brag and tell lovely stories about our beautiful plants that are not for sale. Oh wait. They did have three for sale. One had terrible variegation. Two were tiny little things with small leaves and no fenestrations yet. All were very high priced for what they were. None compared to the plants on the wall in the back. Granted, they have fairly nice plants with high price tags to match. But honestly, I was so turned off by the attitude around their monstera albo exhibit that I doubt if I will ever return. I went down the hill to Watson's. You can buy whatever you want to at Watson's. If it doesn't have a price, they'll put a price on it if you want it. If they don't have it, they'll get it. It's always a happy trip to Watson's where everyone there loves plants and loves helping their customers get and love the plants they want. No bragging. No "Oh, sorry that's not for sale." I'll try this place again in a couple months because I want to see if I have a different (hopefully better) experience. I'd love to update this review with better news.

This is the first nursery I've visited in Washington, since our move from Michigan. I have NEVER felt less than a person before entering this establishment. I was pretty much there to get a money tree for my wife. She had to go down the road to catch AT&T signal, so she could activate our debit card. I was roaming around the grounds, looking out for some white sage, lavender, and forget me nots. The first incident was when I asked for some help. I was pretty much looked at and it felt like they were judgmental. I suppose it might have been my attire? Who knows? Right after they answered, it seemed like they were in a "rush to walk away." I was originally going to spend quite a bit of coin today... but walked off. I am better than this to be treated like I don't matter. Furthermore, make sure you don't carry a drink with you! Their only "garbage can" for the public, is a dumpster. The ONLY reason why my wife ended up getting the money tree, was because of the scarcity of it in the area. We will NOT be returning to this business... ever!

The help was incredible. Recently moved here and needed soil for our monsteras. The people were very helpful and the location was incredibly beautiful. My daughters loved going. And their dad is excited to look for more plants!

I never do reviews for businesses but really appreciate the staff at Alpine Nursery. Every time we go they are absolutely lovely, welcoming people and their plants are gorgeous and well cared for. Hands down our favorite place to go for plants. We were there on Mother's Day buying two huge hanging baskets and my four year old tripped and skinned her knee. Several employees and even the owner (I think) came over to check on her and help us bandage it. We felt as cared for as if we'd been family! Will definitely continue to give this place all of our business. ?❤️

I just moved to the area from across the country and was worried about having to replace most of my garden (inside and outside) costing me a lot, and was so happy to find this nursery! Reasonable pricing and really attentive employees. I would highly recommend!

Best plant store I’ve ever been too with an incredible variety of plants including “rarer” species! The people here are so sweet and kind, and they offer a lot of deals on plants

This place is breathtaking! What’s even more beautiful than the inside of this place is every single soul that works there. Seriously the staff is amazing!! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, they were extremely kind and welcoming. The variety inside the store is vast and well taken care of. Prices are all reasonable. I highly recommend this nursery if you’re in the area.

Full of unique Items. Beautiful selection of plants. Friendly staff. Prices are a little high on some things, like pots. But it's a real greenhouse and it's a lot cheaper than Watson's on everything.
