Bought a hat as a gift.Realized it didn’t fit after it was opened.Just to be clear the hat didn’t come in any packaging or anything. Just was hanging on a wrack. They said they could not take it because it had been worn. How was I supposed to know if it fit them or not? So we were supposed to look at the hat, know it was too small, and take it back? That is a terrible business tactic and you should be clear about no returns if your going to ask everyone to not try on your product after purchase. Very disappointed.

Apparently don’t take returns when their product is the wrong size. Definitely something they should make clear when purchasing product.

Rude service. Didn't try to give options or suggestions to my purchasing issues.

So I walk into “all star sports nw” in the auburn mall. I’m pushing one of those rental kid carts with my 5 year old in it and my 14 year old next to me. I walk in and greet the employee with something along the lines of “hey how’s it going”. He just looks me up and down, put on his mask, and stands up (no words said). My son and I are looking at random sports merchandise and I see the guy look at us from behind a display. Obviously having worked loss prevention for many years I noticed what he was doing. I shrugged it off and continued shopping. My son went around a corner and I saw the employee bend down behind a display to watch my son. I said, “hey man, do you really have to do that”?? Now his response is what got me, “I’ve been robbed before so yeah I have to”. “I have high anxiety about this and I don’t want to lose my job”. I let him know him and his anxiety are fine so go sit down and relax. He began arguing with me about how I was making fun of his anxiety completely missing the fact that he just profiled my children and me as people that would rob the store. Now I’m guessing he was talking about shoplifting but you know what a good deterrent to shoplifting is?? Customer service. Not hiding behind shelves trying to watch if someone is going to shoplift. I was not very nice to this employee as I took my children out of the store. I was angry at the employee, I was embarrassed that he verbally called my family out as potential “robbers”, and I’m and still extremely upset that my 14 year old had to witness that whole thing. The last time I was in this store I spoke to another employee about lego helmets and stadiums and had explained how much my son loves to build with legos. Our purpose yesterday was to go find a set we could build together. That didn’t happen and I will definitely look elsewhere for our project. I’ll also be sure to let people know who may look like me to not enter that store, as they will be followed around and verbally accused of being a potential “robber”. Thanks for everything buddy!!!

I came to the page to find out if they had an item I was looking for. (Angels Hoodie) They did not, which is understandable, but the reason for the review is my message asking about it was answered in under 5 mins. This speaks a lot for their customer service, and I will be going there in the future for other items.

Went to the supermall store, they told me they were out of the xl, but they said they called the Puyallup store and they supposedly had one. So I drive to Puyallup south hill go into the store and the guy says " they told me you wanted a large not xl and I just sold the last one". They're attitude was ...tough break buddy. Never Again

THE WORST place I have ever shopped considering customer service. Walked into both locations with NO greeting!! They just stop and look at you. After finding the same jersey for CHEAPER they wouldn't refund me my money! Claiming they don't have enough money, at either store. I call the owner and he says he'll make sure there's enough money in his cash till... 3 DAYS after calling EVERYDAY, they keep giving me excuses as to why they can't get the cash to pay me back. HORRIBLE business. HORRIBLE prices. HORRIBLE customer service. If you buy anything make sure you want it, NO REFUNDS EVEN THOUGH THE RECEIPT CLEARLY STATES YOU CAN. I'm clueless to how this place remains open..

Not even half a star. He couldn't get off his punk a$$ while my Mother in law was shopping. I made her put the stuff down and buy from someone else. No customer service skills at all. Has alot of Seahawks crap, guess that's what keeps him in business out here with the over priced garbage. Spend your money where your business will be appreciated !!!
