pharmacy inside Albertsons. When I got home, I realized that instead of #112 hydrocodone 10/325mg I was prescribed, there was only #12 tabs. I immediately called the pharmacy and spoke with Sonya Crouch, the pharmacist, informing her of the error. She was very doubtful and rude. I returned and was treated like a drug seeker and a liar. I called the police to take a report and when they arrived, they were intercepted by Albertsons loss prevention. The officer didn't believe I was the one that called them AND ESCORTED ME OFF THE PROPERTY.The next day I had to call 3x and never received a call back from store manager. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AN UNINVOLVED PHARMACIST HOURS LATER ADMITTING THEIR MISTAKE. I have received no justice. Not an apology or ANYTHING. Contacting corporate did NOTHING. IF IT HAPPENED TO ME, IT CAN HAPPEN TO U!!!

The employees are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately they're computer systems are constantly crashing and end up making large delays in trying to pick up or fill your prescription. Regardless it's nice to be able to go shopping and pick up my prescription the same day and at the same store.

Your average grocery store. On any day it may be fully stocked to the brim or it could be empty on the shelfs. Some of the staff is really great and bend over backwards to help you and others are annoyed you even asked them for aid.

I get it, it's a scketchy area and your job sucks. Mine does too. But the rude employees when checking out at the customers service area (for the rug-doctors) comments for no reason what so ever is so uncalled for. I don't review places but it's happend 3 times now that the customer service gals say some rude stuff when I'm just trying to buy something and haven't uttered a single word is beyond belief. "Hey can i get a rug-doctor for the day" should not be greeted with extreme extreme animosity out of no where.

Their self-checkout line is incredibly inefficient and backs up to the back of the store. It requires assistance from the attendant to use your own reusable bags as the d*** Toshiba self checkout cannot figure out its a bag you placed:. So everyone has to make a pile before bagging and then spend more time tying up the line to actually bag. Come on, really?!?

I love Albertson's because the store is usually clean and they have good produce. It was the employees and their treatment towards me except the self checkout cashier. I was in the store around 0900 on Sunday 10/3. I went to the deli and the lady was not friendly AT ALL! I asked for the dark mix and she coldly responded that she only had mixed. Wooo, ok. I didn't even want to ask for anything else because she didn't want any interaction with me! The customer behind was greeted kindly, hi sir with a smile. Wait? So I did read that right. Then I am standing by the tortillas and I hear a cart coming. Well thankfully I turned around QUICK, this dreadlock lady was coming full damn speed and was not planning on saying excuse me or apologizing. There was not enough room, I squeezed up against the tortillas lol I just get confused when people act like that. It feels racial when I observe interactions with others by the same people and it is fine. I do not turn those antennas on until interactions like those to make sure I am not crazy. By time I reached the self checkout, I had a scowl on my face so I am sure the self checkout lady felt that, so I am sorry. I just won't go back because my money isn't green enough for this Albertson's. Blah!

Clean store and sweet cashiers. Good selection of food and cheap chicken Mondays! Always has good FRESH food in the deli and their warm food has always stood up to it's hopeful expectations!

Product prices hiked for sales apparently.. product regular price 3.99 on tag on shelf, clearance tag marked as regular price 4.29 with 50% off. Product expiring the same day. I could care less about some change but it's the principle of it. Just greasy business tactic.
