Bill is very knowledgeable and honest. Did great work on my laptop and communicated with me throughout the diagnosis and repair. Rates are very reasonable and fair. Far better than you will get going to Best Buy or any other big box repair shop.

Bill was able to recover my hard drive from my water damaged laptop within minutes. All I can say is fantastic! Not only did I get all my files and programs, but it didn't cost an arm or leg! Will be back when I need any help with my computers!

When looking for repair service or technical support for your personal or business computer needs, Advice PC Group is the way to go. Had various signs of "old age" with my laptop for a while when the hard drive stopped functioning. After attempting troubleshooting on my own, knew I needed expert help to recover the data. New to the Seattle-Tacoma area, I did some online research and came across Advice PC Group. All 5 star reviews - and rightfully so. I chose to go to the office in Puyallap. Received honest, upfront and professional service from Bill (the owner). He did a free inspection of my hard drive and confirmed my suspicions. Fortunately, the data was recoverable. Bill even discussed cost options to get parts to extend the life of the old laptop (though I decided otherwise). Within 24 hours the recovered data was on my external hard drive, the dead hard drive returned (data protection) and the laptop would be recycled. Felt pricing was fair and very reasonable after having reviewed rates by other vendors/companies. Great service & highly recommended.
