I really don't know why I keep coming back here. It's cheap that's why. Bought a couch paid same as cash price set up payments. When it was displayed in the show room it's up against a window and the light was hitting it. It was so pretty. It got delivered I noticed little holes all over it from cat scratches. I called 3x and emailed photos of the damage and just never heard back with a solution. If I wanted a used ripped couch I could have got one off offer up for $100 not $1,0000. Needless to say I'll NEVER be back and I will make sure I let everyone know how shady that is

Puyallup Aaron's is the best! I have been doing business with the store since 2013. Alex and Jessica are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Aaron's products and services! They are very friendly plus they both go above and beyond to make sure I am happy every time I talk to them! I recommend Puyallup WA Aaron's 100% to anyone who likes to make a big purchase then leave happy ? ?

Bought a couch from them a while ago. The couch is so-so...it's fine, but nothing great and I wouldn't say worth the price tag. My main complaint with Aarons is their customer service.My dog recently chewed up one of the cushions on my couch. I called them up to see if I could order a replacement. The guy said he would need to talk to his manager and would call me back. He never called me back, but the manager answered the phone when I did a few hours later. He told me they could do that, and he would call me back with a price. He never called me back. I called again the next day, and the person told me the manager was out and wouldn't return until the following Monday. So I waited until Tuesday and called again. Was again told the manager would call me back that day...but he never did. This went on for two weeks, and I am still waiting on simply finding out how much this will cost. The manager never gives me a firm answer on whats going on, he just remains vague and says he will get back to me but never does. I'm done with these people. If you end up being an hour late on the payment, they call you up and harass you. If you need help, they ignore you.Buy from somewhere else.

This place is a joke, ordered a washer and dryer from them because everywhere local was back ordered for a couple weeks. Ordered on 12/10 and now they state they cannot deliver until the 28th which is ridiculous. Then they make you jump through hoops to cancel your order and be refunded. They lost a sale because the intent was to purchase the merchandise outright. Thankfully Best Buy had a shipment come in so our dilemma is being taken care of. It was my mistake of not calling around first because both competitors had stock in store, and were eager to earn my business.
