Kind of a weird crowd hanging out at the car wash right next to the 7-11. But other than the one window that now has a big piece of plywood over it and the fact that after dark they lock the doors and let one person in at a time because they've been robbed a few times. The employee's are very nice and it's a clean store.

Seriously. 1 person at a time with door locked in between and then they make you wait while they get a door dash order. Waited 10 min to get in and in this time multiple customers left. I wonder if 7 eleven knows how much money they are loosing over this guy doing this

My husband lost his wallet and this was the last place he used it. He asked to view the security cameras and was refused, said he needed to call the police and talk to the owner. The cashier refused to call the owner. Police were called and the cashier still refused to help, they called the owner and the owner also refused to help at all. Will be complaining to corporate about this place and hopefully this location shuts down because it is BAD. Bad business, shady people, shady owner.

This store is poorly managed especially in the late evening. Customer service doesn’t exist at the location. The old man will just stare at you with no acknowledgment and will not let you in.

I'm a regular must've seen my I.D a million times everyday for a year and a half and I forgot it 1 time and they sold me cigarettes and then when I came back the same guy carded me for my beer. It's against the law to sell either or without I.D may as well have sold both.

Made an online order through the app. It was supposed to be ready by 8:49pm. I got there at 9:30pm, which is waaayy more than enough time to make a pizza and wings. When I got there, they had no idea what was doing on. Then they proceeded to show me their kiosk where they accept orders online. The kiosk literally said, “1 order received”. While they were telling me, “we did not receive any order.” They have a language barrier, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be proficient in their devices. I would never come back to this 7-11

So me and a friend went to get some slurpees after watching a movie, not only was the person working there rude to both of us and only let one of us inside, when my friend went to get the slurpees he noticed it was too liquidy and decided to poor the little bit out and try again the guy was rude and decided to charge him for a WHOLE new slurpee, then their machine wasn’t working so I stepped in to give my card a try and the flat out disrespect and commentary on how my friend’s card didn’t work was necessary, as we both know we have money since he payed for the movies prior. Long story short this experience was not pleasant and I definitely won’t be coming to this location again, if I could I would give this place zero stars.

Been in there 2 times now. Neither time was i awknowledged, even when i said hi to the cashier he just looked on and kept talking to the other person behind the counter. ALSO wanted to call to ask if they carried something in stock. No one at the 24 hour store could be bothered to answer the phone even when i called multiple times.

Everytime I go in this store they alway ask me if I am using an EBT card. I have seen and been with others that they do not ask them if they are paying with debit or EBT and they are purchasing food too. I always get the pizza for my kids. I would prefer if they did not lean into their bias and automatically judge people.
