I have to take a moment and thank Miss Gina, Miss Laura and Miss Carol. My twins have attended this facility for almost 2 years now. These three teachers have shown nothing but love and support to my kids. They are extremely attentive, nurturing and offer clear direction that my young kids understand. Each of them are so patient and understanding. I am so grateful that they have formed a bond with my kids. I am blessed to have these women in my kids lives. They say "it takes a village", and mine is the best because of these ladies who help raise these kids when I am not around. I fully trust and respect each one of them. Thank you ladies, for being AMAZING to my kids who love and adore you!

My daughter has been going here since she was in the infant room and to be honest it’s so sad to think that she’s starting Kindergarten and we won’t be able to see all the wonderful teachers that helped me mold my little girl everyday. The teachers are phenomenal they show up to work everyday and are happy to be there and will do anything to attend to your child’s needs. The director and management staff have always been amazing and they to are very involved in our children they have no problem giving a child extra attention if they are having a bad day so that our kids teachers can focus on their other children. To be honest I’ve never had a bad experience at the 31st Kindercare and my daughter hasn’t complained about anything and just loves it. I want to thank all the teachers and staff for the best 5 years of care! We will miss you all. And to anyone reading this go take your kids here you won’t regret it.

They were great with my twins. Very helpful and easy to communicate with. My girls enjoyed their time there. The staff were friendly and great, my girls will miss them!

We feel lucky to have found this center for our child Bunny. This is his first daycare and started at the age when he was 13 months old. The amount of care, love and affection he has got from Shannon, Courtney, Mariah and Laura is incredible. They are perfect for the roles they play at the center.In just 3 months, Bunny has learnt so much under their care. I am greatful. I would recommend this center to my friends anyday.

Don't bring your child here. There's other Kindercares that are wonderful. My child came here for a little over a month and always came home overwhelmed and didn't want his face touched or anything. They don't work well with Military families using child care aware. Said my child had seizures and when we took him to the ER, they said he had no sign of them and that he recommend we take him out of this daycare. They refused him care and charged us for the days regardless. (Infant room)

This kindercare is the absolute best daycare center. I have watched my child Learn and grow so much in the last year of being with the kindercare family. She has learned so many things to prepare her for kindergarten and she surprises me everyday with a new art or letters she is learning. The curriculum and the activities are endless for lil ones development. The kindercare family is so welcoming and friendly. Shannon the director is funny and legit. She keeps it real and always greets you with a smile. Office staff all have the same welcoming vibe. The teachers are so caring and loving. My daughters teacher is always full of funny and fun stories for the day they had with my child and always has a full report. Definitely recommend this center to any of my family and friends. It’s worth it!

My son originally went here years ago, it was his favorite. So when his sisters reached the age , I decided to take them here and have not been disappointed. The directors are amazingly helpful and sweet. The teachers and staff are outstanding and nurturing.

Potential client. My husband and I had a scheduled tour appointment at this location for today, May 16 @1:30p. My husband and I went to the facility, the doors were locked (understandable) but there wasn't any signs or mention that we'd have to call to get in. There was a doorbell that we did ring but after a few mins no one answered so I called. No one answered the phone either. My husband mentioned there was someone at the front desk that he saw and said she saw him but she didn't get up or anything. I moved to the door and knocked and she looked up and let me know it would be 1 min and she got up but walked away. A few mins later she comes back to her desk, followed by someone else who opens the door and is confused about why we're there so I let her know we have a scheduled tour for 1:30p, it's now 1:40p. She's still a bit confused but asks us our names and says she'd be right back. About 2 mins later she comes back out and lets us know the facility director is out on lunch and would be back at 2p if we wanted to wait in the parking lot or we could reschedule. She did say sorry when we told her we'd reschedule since my husband took time off of work to take the tour and we couldn't stay. Overall it was not the best experience and quite frankly a waste of our time and a terrible first impression of the company. We have scheduled a tour at a different facility with the same company but hopefully this isn't common practice. I just wanted to share.

I've had my child enrolled here for about two months. I was extremely nervous about putting them in daycare. The assistant director Shannon and all of the teachers on my child's side have been amazing. They're very communicative and I get multiple updates throughout the day about activities/meals/diaper changes, etc. Shannon is always in a great mood and is more than willing to answer any and all questions I have. Plus my child who is very shy loves her. Nichole ( not sure if I'm spelling her name right) has been great. She is my child's teacher. She has been very consistent on making sure the transition into daycare is as smooth as possible for my child. Overall our experience has been very great and very comforting. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for child care.

Disgusting facility, bad management from top-down. I only kept my kids at this location a few weeks before pulling them out. It was the worst facility/managment combo I've ever experienced. If you love your kids and want them in a clean, nurturing, learning environment find a different place. I went to get my son, teachers had no idea where he was - found him in the bathroom so I went to help him. I stepped in a standing pool of pee (several inches) in the toddler bathroom, and almost slipped and fell. On a separate day, I picked up my toddler to find him lethargic and dehydrated and a teacher telling kids no to water because they ran out of cups! Enter at your own risk!

I'm only rating this place 1 star based on how this facility handles childcare assistance in particular childcare aware. Whoever the staff is that handles such matters are absolutely no help. We have been getting over charged for 6 months and not even Whats on the provider cost verification sheet. The person that handles the billing accounts has no idea how to "math" for lack of better words. It's absolutely sicking for such a nationally recognized company to let this be a thing. It's absolutely mind blowing how they handle this. If you aren't using childcare assistance I'd still double check your account just in case. Our son won't be attending kindercare anymore.

We enrolled our son for their Pre school program in July of '21. Not only do we love this Kindercare location, but so does our son. He has bonded with his teachers, his friends and has come home with so many new skills.The communication here with the directors and teachers has been great, and we trust them with the care of our child. They truly care, and it shows.We are moving and are so sad to take him away from the school, teachers and friends he loves so much but in the 6 months we've had our son enrolled here, we have been super impressed.We will miss 31st ave Kindercare very much!

Great center, they are really trying to survive this difficult time but it is not taking away from the care they give our children. Great communication and care. I would give it a five but I have witnessed a parent making a scene multiple times demeaning the staff and they are allowing it to continue which gives the center a bad impression. Thankful for the teachers that show up and care for our kids day in and day out.

I wasn't sure abouts Kindercare when my son first started there at the age of 3 but quickly changed my mind! He is now almost 6! The teachers & staff are kind, patient, welcoming and engaging! I highly recommend this program for your children! ?
