Fantastic customer service! They were able to squeeze my car in for a replacement windshield Friday of a holiday weekend. Despite wanting to leave early they took the extra time to vacuum the broken glass out of my cars carpet and even transferred over the oil change sticker.

Called three times over three months to get an estimate on two new French exterior doors and never heard back. Thought I would give them one last chance so I called again after being out on hold two times got disconnected. How sad. Moving on.

I had them repair a latch in a sliding glass window the first time I used them, there was not a car in there bay that day, I was told it would be done that day, I call an hour before they closed to come pick it up and I was told he had the part, but couldn't find it and asked if I would give them another day so I did. I called around noon the next day and told the same thing, so I offered to take up the plastic ones I ordered on line and they told me to bring them up so I did, they couldn't use them, they were not the right part for my window they said. I arrived 5 mins later to discover they were working on a car, it wasnt there the day I dropped off the window. So because he could make more money on that deal he put mine on the back burner. NOT PROFESSIONAL. They did call me back later that day and it was ready.I called them a week later for another project to see if they could replace the tilt sliders in 6 windows. The man that answered the phone said they would call me back on Monday and set up an appointment to come look at them. I called them Monday and the lady that answered the phone said the guy was out on a call and he would call me back as soon as he got back in. I waited 2 days and never received a call. If they didnt want my business all they had to do was say so in the first place. I wont do business with them again, and I WON'T recommend them to anyone in the future either. So much for supporting local businesses. I dont support those kind of practices. The only reason they got one star is because of the first window I took in to them.
