Mike and the other coaches are great! They are knowledgeable, motivating, and schedule great workouts. The environment here is very welcoming, fun, and encouraging. I started about 5 months ago having never done anything like this, and now I look forward to finding out each day's workout and pushing the limits in my physical abilities and willpower. I absolutely love being a member of Pullman Crossfit!

Great community, great coaches, great workouts! My happy hour, seriously makes my day every day getting to go to this box. I'm pretty new to CrossFit and the coaches are so kind, caring and patient. They scale the workout to your level and make sure you practice good form! Maddy, Scott and Mike are fantastic coaches. Well worth every dollar!

Pullman Crossfit is a great place to work out. The people are super nice, and the coaches help you make sure you're doing movements correctly as well as encouraging you to do your best. Mike does all the programming for the gym so you will not find these workout combinations anywhere else.
