“I shop here occasionally and everytime I do its usually a pleasant experience, I've had a few employees be rude to me but other then a small handful of bad apples everyone else seems to be nice and knowledgeable and helpful”

“Update: I just saw an email where Sids reached out and offered an apology and solution. Something which I greatly appreciate. Thankfully, I do have somebody coming over to Pullman tomorrow who can pick this up for me as I am able to make it work well with my schedule. I still highly recommend calling first to make sure that your prescriptions are ready before you go.I've heard unfavorable stories about Side, and unfortunately, am here to share another one. My Daughter's doctor called in a prescription on Friday. When I spoke to the staff, they said it would be ready by Saturday provided that they received it on Friday (which they did, I checked with the doctor). Saturday comes and it is still not done. We are then told that it will be ready on Monday by 4 pm. Monday comes, and they are telling me that the compound did not arrive until Monday and to come back Tuesday. When I called them out on the lie about not receiving my prescription until Saturday, they “corrected” me and said it was a misunderstanding. No. It was not a “misunderstanding.” I am a working single parent of a sick kiddo. I snapped with a short quip and then excused myself. Not all of us have the luxury of driving over to Pullman to pick up supplies without taking the time off from work or other commitments. I would NEVER recommend Sids because of this experience.”

“Pharmacy Techs are always helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I've had in the past was having to go back and forth between them and my PCP to get a prescription filled. Only happened once though. And you can't take old prescriptions back to be disposed of.”
