“My front right blinker went out on me and I went to Heritage with a new bulb in hand because I wasn't sure how to fix it on my own and I don't have the right tools. I didn't have an appointment- normally I would make one, but this is my only vehicle capable of winter driving and I need it to get to work in the morning so I couldn't leave it overnight. The owner/manager was incredibly kind and was willing to stop what he was doing to come out and change the bulb for me on the spot. I am so, so appreciative that he was willing to help me on such short notice!
