“Drove all the way up to Pullman for the s23 Ultra (Green) on a Sunday and met Will R. He was completely respectful, patience with me and went out and beyond to help me set up for a new phone without a trade in, he’s very kind in what you may not expect to face in credit approval and doesn’t make you feel bad he has a great way to communicate with you about things how to improve them and not shut you down. But because I knew what I was expecting I still ended a little short by 5-8 dollars. And he took a personal toll on his sales end for me to allow me to cover my expenses with my limit. I thank him for that, I saved for this phone for the 3 weeks and I’m glad I was able to be given a shot to own the 23 ultra. Thank you Will, I think you deserve a lot of credit for your efforts to your customers!”
