We just bought a Ford Ranger from Jess Ford. It was a great all around experience with professional, competent, caring and knowledgeable people.
A big shout out to Joel Moore who showed us several vehicles to choose from and when we decided on our favorite walked us through the process of purchasing it.
We received an excellent trade-in value for our old vehicle plus several unexpected discounts on the listed purchase price.
The financing was done efficiently. And it was a very comfortable experience.
This dealership and it’s staff earn the highest rating I could possibly give. A+

Had my transmission fluid changed here and they didn't bother telling me my transmission was failing and then charged me separately to tell me. Also I'll go in and they say I need my brakes done then next time I go in I tell them go ahead and put on new brakes and then they say they don't need changed! Customer service is friendly but never seems very knowledgeable. When I'm paying as much as they charge I expect your service to be on point get it together

0 stars if possible. I'd say the only thing good about the place is the elderly man who give rides, 2nd would be they have a vending machine. Customer service was way below par, they lost parts that were working on my vehicle while stating they were "working on it" then had to wait to order replacement parts they lost... all while not supplying good customer service at any point......YeH, go elsewhere, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Just finished buying a 2018 F-350 from the Jess Ford team. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I live in Western Montana and they were able to meet me halfway to get the pickup. First time I've bought a vehicle completely online. The pickup was as described. Sales process was completely painless. Zero pressure. Great truck. Great experience. I'm hoping to drive this pickup for years but will definitely look to these guys when I'm ready to buy again.

Buying a vehicle on line is new to me and spending over 55k on a truck without actually seeing it much less driving it was a bit unnerving to say the least... Drake was the guy who answered my questions from the online site and really made me feel comfortable. The first vehicle I had a questions about sold before I was ready but they found me another one that was perfect for me... they gave me a fair offer for my 2002 truck and we agreed on a price. They even sent the truck off for a spray in bed liner (cheaper than I had found localy) and then Drake drove the new truck over 3 hrs with all the paperwork. I never left the house except to drive the new truck around my town before doing the paperwork. Honest, straight up deal! Felt like an old school handshake type of a transaction that you just knew was a fair honest deal! So no matter where you live in WA I would say give these guys a call or look them up on line!

Saw a car online I wanted to look at but in Pullman (I live in Spokane). After calling to make sure the car was still there and speaking with Preston, i Took the short 70 mile drive to Pullman, met with Preston . he was fabulous...he was professional, he was courteous, he was friendly he was super helpful...was a wonderful experience. There was only 'one' going back to the finance guy not this back-and-forth and back-and-forth. We quickly made a deal after a short test drive, very pleased with the service from salesman Preston and Jeff, finance guy. the general manager came up to me afterwards just before I left, to thank me. As a woman going into a car dealership by myself, i really appreciated their customer service and the attention they showed to me. I will definitely go back to Jess Ford again.

Each time I go to Jess Ford of Pullman they don't offer any good customer service. The first time I came in I just needed a standard oil change and my car was acting up with its dashboard not turning on after I would start my car. I only had 2 weeks to get this done since winter break was around the corner. They told me they could get me in 3 weeks from the day I came in. At this point I was sure they weren't that booked, so I called the manager and sternly told him that I am in need of services and that I am a loyal customer Ford. So he took my car in and got the change done and fixed my dashboard problem. I was happy at this point because it showed me the manager cared but the employees obviously did not care to even check out what was wrong with my car. The second time I came in same thing happened they blew me off and this time it was a safety issue with my car. Still they did not refer me to another body shop or repair shop they just said they could not help until next week. They couldn't even look at my car. It's for real a walk away. I could have payed for the diagnostics. I just wanted some service since I am a paying customer. Either way I'm never going back because the employees are guys who obviously don't know good customer service. Some help would have gone a long way in my end but since I got no help I'll just write this review.

Well, I'm very disappointed in Jess Ford. I took my Ford RS in to get the head gasket recall fixed last year and had a very terrible experience. I received the survey request asking for my input on my service. I provided my honest feedback and now I'm being refused service at this dealership - Jess Ford of Pullman, WA. Mind you, I didn't find out that I was refused service until after I had scheduled the appointment, brought the car in and had left the dealership. I find this to be very unprofessional considering the fact that I was willing to give them another shot. Never once did Jess Ford reach out to me to see why I felt the way I felt. Never once did they try to make things right. Then when I inquire about the refusal of service, the owner Jim Jess, tells me that I'm creating a toxic relationship and they don't want to provide service for me to provide another negative review and would rather cut ties. I explained to Mr. Jess that I was willing to give them another shot and not once did someone try to reach out to me regarding the complaint, but rather just send me on my way packing. I purchased multiple vehicles from them and find it very disheartening for treatment such as this. I still love Ford, but it's sad that a dealership so poorly ran as Jess Ford is tarnishing the Ford name. Joe Hall Ford all the way!!!

I purchased a 2017 Fiesta SE from Jess Ford after many of my friends told me how excellent their service as a car dealership is. I emailed an inquiry concerning the car and their response was almost immediate, I didn't even need to come in and we were able to work out a deal. Their level of customer service exceeded all of my prior experiences and expectations. I look forward to returning.

I live in Spokane and usually by local but Jess had a deal I couldn't pass on. They offered to drive up and get me but I had a ride. When I got there, Wayne my salesman had everything in order, was knowlagble on how everything worked, financing was ready to go. Truck was washed and fueled up. No high pressure sales. Real nice and friendly people to work with. Wayne followed up to make sure everything was going fine which it was. Had my first service, made the appointment. when I got there they got me in right on time which was nice, serviced the truck as they should, did not try and upsell me on anything. While I was waiting the owner, Jim came out and asked how everything was going, we chatted for a while. Real nice guy and nice of him to care about his company. Truck was done ahead of schedule so I had time to have a beer and a burger at the Coug. Go see Wayne at Jess Ford, he will get you fixed up.

We found the perfect truck on their website, but we live in Gig Harbor. We thought we were going to have to fly out to get the truck, but they went out of their way to make the transaction easy on us, and even delivered the truck to our doorstep the next day. We worked with Andrew, who was a great salesman. I strongly dislike high pressure salesmen and he was the complete opposite of this. He was knowledgeable and honest, made us confident in our decision to purchase a truck site unseen. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, including those people on the West coast who are looking to save some money by purchasing a vehicle East of the mountains.

I saw an ad on craigslist and sent an inquiry. I deal went pretty smooth, and they really worked hard to get the most for my trade. I told them several times which financial institution I wanted to go through. I was assured they would go through my preferred institution. Imagine my surprise, when I went to sign the papers; that they went through a totally different institution! And to top it all off, the vehicle I was buying, wasn't ready. In short, you can find good deals with Jess Ford; but you better watch them like a hawk!

We purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition from Jess Ford. When I called to inquire about the vehicle I was told the dealer was across the state from us, about a 6 hour drive. I was told that was not a problem and they would deliver the vehicle to us. TJ was wonderful during the whole process. Within a week we traded in our old car and are very happy with our purchase. Since we are awaiting our plates we have the neon Jess sign on the car. Everyone asks "Who is Jess?" We tell them about this amazing dealer in Pullman, WA.
