Avoid this shop at all costs. Took in my truck for a simple diagnosis and was charged $160 for the “labor”. They also quoted me $750 for a starter replacement. I called other shops in the area and these guys had the highest quote by over $300. Not sure if they thought I was a desperate college student or just tried taking advantage of me. Removing 3 13mm bolts shouldn’t be difficult for “professionals”.

They scheduled my air conditioner work promptly, got it running again in short order, and followed up with a complimentary leak check the next week. No upselling for unrelated work. Just a crew of mechanics dedicated to their craft.

Was quoted 500 for getting my break pads replaced and oil change and confimed the amount would be 495$ They charged me 350 dollars for labor alone and 300 dollars for parts it took them 3.6 hours. They did not inform me about the rotors needed replaced on it before just going ahead and replacing them for me and I show up to a now 700$ bill. You guys never informed me you would replace rotors in fact you told me that they were good and only the break pads needed replaced. I cannot afford this because I’m pretty broke right now. Guy I talked to was named will and confimed with me the price twice before showing up. Aren’t mechanics supposed to let you know if any further repairs are needed before just going ahead and charging you for them? I think so, and I’m gonna be in to your shop 7:30 sharp tomorrow morning

I dropped off my truck for brakes and tune-up. Truck running great. The brakes are smooth and nice. I feel like they took 3 times the care of my truck that I would have done it I did it myself. Thanks Guys

Used to trust Heritage until last week after they did a tire rotation for me, they simply didn’t fasten the wheel enough. I only knew about this because I started to hear a noise after driving for two days, cost me another $130 to identify the issue and have that fixed.

Great guys! They don’t over charge me which is something, since most shops in town’s pricing seems to double when a young woman walks in, but not Heritage! They’ve worked on my pickup a couple times and are pretty quick, really forthcoming with information and advice, easy to get ahold of, and tolerate my questions haha. Great shop!

I asked for my tires to be put on the rear, as my car is a REAR WHEEL DRIVE and they were put on the front, then tried to convince me that my car was a front wheel drive!! ALL CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTORS ARE REAR WHEEL DRIVES!!!! They didn't even put the better tires from the front onto the rear!! Now I have to go back and have them find my own front tires and have them put on the rear. Not happy with the lack of knowledge and forethought of whoever did the work. Plus I was told to come in on Saturday for the tires they removed,THEY'RE NOT OPENED ON SATURDAY!!
