Rebecca was such a sweetheart and my haircut turned out to be exactly how I wanted it to be. This being my first haircut in the US I was a bit apprehensive tbh, but the positive reviews about this place along with Rebecca's professionalism totally quelled them.Would recommend anyone planning to visit this place to have a prior appointment so that it is easier for everyone.Will upload my new hairstyle shortly!

Rebecca totally got me!!!!! After I cut my hair by myself,....., Finally I decided to have the hair fixed by a professional. I feel I got exactly what I expected ?, fluffy, laying evenly, and feels so good when fingers rubbing through! Love my new hair?

Love love love this salon, not only did they give me a beautiful hair cut, but we also got to talking about my grad photos coming up and the hair dressers recommended some awesome locations for my grad photos. I told them i would post a review after i got my photos back featuring my lovely haircut so that’s what I’m doing. I would highly recommend Headquarters! The stylists are so cool and friendly and great at what they do I also gotta say I was just expecting a normal hair cut but they also washed and styled my hair too. I had Rebecca do my hair. I had shoulder-length hair, and I chopped it all off into a pixie cut, and I absolutely love it! I will be returning to her. The price was perfect for the style I got. She was so gentle and so friendly. I've gotten soooooo many compliments on my hair since I got it done. I highly recommend this place.

This place is number one beauty salon in the town, you would never regret making appointment with one of the artists there I had my hair highlighted with Rebecca, she is best of the best also the price is not comparable with other salons

If you love long detailed reviews this one is for you!I'm in Pullman to bring my daughter to her first semester at WSU. I badly needed a haircut but my own stylist had been injured back home and finding a new one has been difficult. I was bored in my hotel and exploring the area on Google Maps when I came across the amazing reviews left for Headquarters Hair. Since it wasn't far away I drove down, there was a sign on the door saying "Walk ins welcome on Mondays & Fridays". It's Friday so I popped in and viola! They had time for a quick trim! My stylist introduced herself as Rebecca and her BF is from my hometown! Not only is she super friendly, sweet & beautiful but she helped put so many of my worries away regarding my kiddo going to WSU during this scary time. (It's Jan 2023 & BK landed in Moscow yesterday. IYKYK She also referred me to an awesome coffee stand! YUM!) Rebecca gave me her card & her number to give to my kiddo so if she needed anything she would have someone here to call. She went so far beyond anything anyone could possibly ask for much less believe. I will def be making the 3 hr drive to get my hair cut from Rebecca again. I absolutely love the cut she gave me. Short hair can be a pain when growing it out and she is absolutely worth the 3 hour drive. (Not to mention it's an excuse to visit my kiddo! LOL)Thank you Rebecca and the team at Headquarters for helping this 1st time freshman Mom feel a whole lot better today. You have no idea how much of an effect you made on me. ❤️

Hands down favorite hair stylist I’ve ever had is Doug!! I was going from dark brown to blonde for the first time and was unsure of what tones would look good with my skin, but he knew exactly what I needed and it came out looking even better than I expected it to going in! He also went over pricing thoroughly with me before we started to make sure I was comfortable with the price we were looking at. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
