Attempted to set up an account w/ Banner and was not able to. That's not the reason for the 2 star review however, the reason why I was denied a bank account is due to my income coming from a cannabis shop at the time. I understand cannabis is not federally legal and Banner follows federal guidelines.Immediately following my denial, the lady who was helping me was personally inquiring about certain products that were located at the cannabis shop I worked at. Saying that she shopped there from time to time and was attempting to be cordial about the situation. At the very least, it's unprofessional and hypocritical to deny an account and then turn around the conversation about a personal inquiry directly related to the denial. I've told many people, and will continue to tell people about the unprofessionalism I experienced at your branch. Thank you for listening.

Only good device if I walk inside. Every time I’ve tried using the drive through or called them, the customer service is terrible. Not only for pullman. Same way down in The Valley as well.

Nice to be able to go into the lobby instead of having to deal with a drive-thru. Polite tellers, professional.Weve been banking with Banner for several years now and wouldn't go anywhere else as they have a level of quality above most all out of state-owned banks. No ATM fees, quality business.
