“I came to Pullman for a surgical procedure. Several dash lights came on as we got closer to Pullman. Already having more on my plate than I wanted to deal with, Rac and Chris greated me with a friendly smile and spoke to me (and everyone else that I saw them interact with) as if they had known me for my entire life. They squeezed me in and their team was able to fix the issues with my truck before close of business that day! They owed me nothing and treated me like family. That is worth a 5 star review and I would certainly do business with this dealership! Thank you!”

“My daughters VW bug started billowing black smoke 20 miles outside of pullman. Had it towed to Imported Car Svc. They took the time to look at it next business day. Carl gave me a detailed diagnosis, and told me FRANKLY that it will take more money to fix this car than it's worth. Carl was cool, genuine, gave detailed problems and fixes. Carl told me not to throw good money after bad. It's rare to find someone to recommend you don't pay them money.”

“Fantastic customer service! They were able to squeeze my car in for a replacement windshield Friday of a holiday weekend. Despite wanting to leave early they took the extra time to vacuum the broken glass out of my cars carpet and even transferred over the oil change sticker.”
“They scheduled my air conditioner work promptly, got it running again in short order, and followed up with a complimentary leak check the next week. No upselling for unrelated work. Just a crew of mechanics dedicated to their craft.”
“They were able to fit me in with short notice, as I was only in Pullman for the day, and needed my A/C recharged. Though Pullman is a small town, they gave me a ride back to my hotel, after I dropped off my car, and picked me up when done. The price for the recharge was significantly better than what I was quoted on the West side of the state, and they were kind enough to tell me about some other issues that could be coming down the line for me with the car in the future. No hard sell to have me repair those items, just letting me know what I needed to watch for. Very nice staff!”

Got me in and out in like 15 minutes, gave me information about whats going on and options to choose from, and set an appointment to get things taken care of. Looking forward to have brakes that don't sound like im scratching a chalkboard in a wet dumpster”

“The buying experience at Toyota of Pullman was excellent thanks to Tommy, our sales representative and the GM Brandon! We first drove the Toyota Crown a year ago with Tommy and really liked it but the timing wasn't quite right for us due to "life". We had been in contact with Tommy a couple times in that year and were happy to purchase the 2025 Crown Limited from him a week ago. The process was straight forward - not the typical car sales process. They made it easy and we felt like we got a fair deal on our first NEW car in 24 years! We are keeping our 2013 Avalon since it's such a great reliable vehicle - hard to beat a Toyota! The new Toyota Crown Limited provides a comprehensive suite of up-to-date safety features which we were really looking for and we couldn't be happier with it! Oh, I should mention that we got 43.5 MPG on our trip from Pullman to our home in Liberty Lake Wa. - outstanding for such a comfortable vehicle.
