I needed hard-to-find windshield wipers for my RV, and was daunted by the prospect of trying to install them myself. Jesse greeted me from behind the counter as soon as I entered the store, asked me what I needed, searched in the appropriate aisle and the back of the store to find the two, unmatched sizes with complicated installation, then unpackaged them and installed them for me at my RV outside the store. As a senior citizen often frustrated by customer service other places, I was thrilled to find a place and an employee who really cares! “Seth answered my call on a Sunday as I was leaving messages at a bunch of shops trying to get my car in somewhere after I slid on some black ice and busted my tire arms and steering. He was extremely responsive and got my car back to me in about 2.5 weeks - Just in time for my move back to California. It would have been way quicker had the weather not been so bad the weekend temperatures dropped below 0° and the wrong parts getting shipped out. I did have to bring it back a second time after taking my car home because the alignment wasn’t done properly (outsourced to another facility) and they then noticed another broken part that had to be replaced which took an extra 2-3 days. But I’m glad they caught it before I got on the road. Seth was awesome and he pretty much took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. Would highly recommend this place to anyone else who needed a repair.”
