“The location is nice & super close to campus, coug housing gave us an apartment that smelt gross but was accommodating enough to give us a remolded apartment and a month free. But overall, it kinda sucks how its a $500 fee to sublease your apartment, especially for those who won’t stay for the summer.”

“I recently moved into a unit managed by Helene's and really enjoy the property and space. The application process went very smooth. I have only put in one maintenance request and it was for an outdoor common space. There was someone there the next day doing the repairs which I greatly appreciated the promptness!”
“Good maintenance guys, they’re very nice and helped us get a new chair couch and legs for our main couch. They also replaced the dining table for us and filter next to laundry which collects lots of dust. I’m glad to be finally in the new apartment with new furniture!”
