I'm only rating the Sales Dept. I give it 1 star because Olivia Guthrie was able to locate my "special order" car. My car was brought in by rail to Spokane mid-December '22. Sales manager told me my car was loaded on transport to arrive from Spokane to Prosser January 5-7. It did NOT arrive. 16 conversations with Denchels Sales management, STILL NO CAR!! They lost it in Spokane!! Olivia was able to locate it. Yes, it was in Spokane, abandoned at a Lincoln Dealership. I did not get delivery until May 3, 2023 Denchels Ford is no longer owned by Denchels. It is part of Pierre Ford from the Seattle area. The Pierre Ford management doesn't return calls!!

Never again. $256.07 for a oil change which included 1gal of DEF that I didn't ask for. Guess I should've asked if I was going to get ripped off. My bad. Ford in Yakima does the same service for $120 including your DEF topped off. Also couldn't give an answer on a factory warranty issue with my DEF sensor.

Service department flat out lied. We scheduled an appointment to have our Mustang Mach E updated to receive its self driving capabilities. Showed up at the appointment, and not only did they say we didn't have an appointment, they flat out informed us "Ford said to wait a couple months because they rushed the service bulletin." The service advisor went on to describe a recent upgrade "they attempted" that required the panels in the trunk to be removed. Now, mind you, the bulletin doesn't require this, so I'm not sure where they got that. When I challenged them on this, and even showed them the actual bulletin, they lied again; "That is updated and we've been advised not to do it by Ford corporate." Angry, I left the dealer and immediately emailed Mike Levine, Director of Ford Communications. And guess what? He confirmed they were wrong. Thankfully I've been put in touch with a more competent dealer. What's sad is we bought the mustang here. But, buyer beware, you WILL be charged an outrageous Dealer Markup Fee. Hopefully they put that money to updating their facilities, too. We love the car, and don't regret getting it. But do regret dealing with Tom Denchel.
