Very rude staff that would rather instantly tell you they have to order the parts your looking for even though the website says in-stock. I guess it's too much work to go look in the back room. Thanks for the rememberable experience "jackie".

I went to other stores and most stores weren’t much helpFinding the size clutch for my 1986 f150Since it varies by vin number but there was a guy named Ivan that went above and beyond he ordered Both sizes just in case and made me feelWelcomed and was super friendly even tho I was in and out the store a few times he always treated me with a good attitude I will drive from sunnyside or even Richland to this store if I can

I like O'Reilly's for their selection, customer service, and prices. However, aside from the oil filter for my '10 Mazda 6 they don't have any other filters for my car in stock in the store.

I usually prefer O'Reilly's for auto parts but not too fond of this one. I don't know if the employees are not very outgoing or if its the mentality of women don't work on cars but I have not received the great service I have at other locations.
