“I was having car trouble about a week ago or so. I stopped by the store and was helped by Nico. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. He tested my battery out and figure out that was the problem, there was some corrosion on it so he also helped cleaned that up a bit. Overall very pleased and thankful.”
“What a great NAPA! I needed a grease gun the one I was using was giving me fits. I called they told me what the best grease gun was they had and I told them to hold and I was gonna get an Uber to come get. They brought the grease gun to the truck stop for me. Wow. As a truck driver, owner and operator this service that is hard to find. Plus I’m not from the area so getting around can be tough. Prosser Napa will have my business regardless of price just because of the service. You guys rock keep it up!”
“Mark was awesome to work with and did an outstanding job! He even went above and beyond and shined the headlights, something that had absolutely nothing to do with the collision damage. Mark stayed in touch and even came in after hours in order to get the work done on time. I went around and got quotes from four places, and PAR was between $600-$1100 cheaper than everyone else, plus they were the first place I went. While I hope I never have to use PAR again(haha), if I need to, I will come back here without thinking twice. OUTSTANDING job!”
