Small town post office with 1 employee at the service counter. I've always received the best service here. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it's worth it when I have large pieces to ship. No stress, friendly employee. Always a pleasant experience.

There never has been, nor will there ever be, a USPS employee as awesome as Dawn. She greets everyone with a smile and is extraordinarily helpful with all mail/shipping needs. I used to hate going to the post office more than going to the dentist, but once I found Dawn, my USPS trips became a chore to look forward to. She is a gem!

Rarely a line here and wonderful service. Lots of people from Issaquah, Fall City and Snoqualmie come here, I certainly understand why!

Here works the nicest lady in the history of postal employees! There were some scary workers before her.....seriously! I used to dread the days I sold something on e bay....sometimes I'd even drive to Issaquah to avoid the bad vibe when just walking in to drop off a package. But since she's been there I can look forward to her pleasant and always smiling face. Thank you and "why don't I know your name?" That's weird!

When you walk through the door a buzzer goes off to let the staff know they have a patron. NO LINES EVER. I live in the East Renton Highlands but I abhor the big PO on NE 4th. I save all my packages for Preston as I drive through for an appointment in Fall City every Friday morning. I can't tell you what it's like here in December, but I'd certainly try it out before going anywhere else. Easy access and parking, friendly and efficient staff, no lines. What's not to love?

It's complete bullsh*t that the post office isn't open on Saturday. I have changed my opinion on the post office and will not have anymore packages deliverd through usps. They never notified me when I had the notifications enabled. And now I can't get by package by the time I need it! I don't know what to do about it but I'm disappointed in there service and hours. bad establishment!

It's a great post office that's pretty big. There has been construction recently that you have to U-turn to ente enter it from Gilman but it's not much of a hassle. It's a post office none the less so it can be slow at times.
