“New owners as about a year ago. These folks do a great job, and I'm a picky/high maintenance/demanding customer. They get to know you and start anticipating your needs. That kind of customer service is rare and I really appreciate them for this family run business. And no, they didn't incentive me to write this, if you look at my other reviews, you will see I'm picky and a tough one to please.”
“Very cool people. I used to have a mailbox there and inadvertently had an online shopping package delivered to that address. They held it for me and kept an eye out for the 2nd half of the shipment due to arrive a couple days later. Thanks!!”
“I love the staff and the service at Pine Lake Mail Post. It's a great place to find gifts and cards and then get them sent. I recently had a complex international package and the staff was so patient and help. The package arrived at its destination in great shape!”

“I don’t understand the bad reviews. I go to UPS often at least once a week and I’ve been coming here for over a year and it’s been the best one I’ve ever been to. I was running late and came in 5 minutes before close today and the owner welcomed me with open arms and a smile on his face.
They also have an automated label station for amazon returns, this is the first place I’ve seen that has that.
Overall just another business I’m thankful we have in the snoqualmie area”

“The FedEx employees at this location provide incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and joyful service. For the last several years, they have expedited the shipping process for mailing all our holiday gifts throughout the year to our sweet 4 and 6-year-old granddaughters, “Baby Bear” & “Twinkle Star”. These wonderful people have frequently welcomed us, referring to my husband and I as “The Grandparent Holiday Express”. They have also happily assisted “Santa, Cupid, The Easter Bunny, The Great Pumpkin, and The Tooth Fairy,” as well as, added extra joy to other special occasions, such as Birthdays and the first day of Kindergarten.
