Steve was easy to work with and was super helpful as we had to do a lot of back & forth on our end as we were planning a grand opening of a restaurant that was still being built out, so our plans changed over the course of a couple months. He was accommodating with the changes & very knowledgeable which I appreciated.We hired them for 2 grand opening events: one that was for a photo opp & the other for a garland arch for our grand opening (pictured). Both were perfect and turned out so great. We would hire them again in the future!

They put together an awesome Tableau for my wife's retirement party. It was creative and personal. The price was also very reasonable for all the effort put in. Thank you!

Incredibly talented balloon artists! We hired them to create a birthday balloon cluster for our son's birthday and it was top notch. I enjoy driving by their business and seeing the amazing and fun creations of all kinds on display.

Fabulous experience! The huge balloon arch for our school's graduation was not only beautiful and professional looking, it was also durable and looked great for a good week! It was a hit with the young and young at heart! Rachel was fabulous to work with! We will definitely use Balloon Splendor again for future events.

I called early to order a balloon bouquet for Halloween for my grandchildren. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he would come up with some options and get back to me early the following week. He never did follow up and left me in a situation where I had to order elsewhere and pay for expedited delivery.Very disappointing and will not give them another chance.

"Mama, we HAVE to go back and get another Balloon Buddy EVERY birthday!" James turned 4 yesterday. Since he has been asking for a balloon for his birthday for the past month, I called Steve to find out what to expect if we came to his shop. Steve prepared a bag full of balloons, and did a superb job of engaging James (and Deborah) in the assembly of the balloon "puzzle" that turned out as a very cute, smiley & huggable balloon boy with arms that can be positioned. Our whole family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the process, and when Deborah shared that she just turned 6, Steve graciously made sure that she got a birthday balloon too. We can't thank Balloon Designers enough for a most happy and memorable birthday visit!

I've worked with Steve previously - he's done designs for me for work. So when I needed something special to celebrate my kiddo's 11th birthday during a pandemic quarantine - I knew just who to call! My daughter loves balloons and wanted a unicorn balloon for her birthday. When I searched for balloon companies near me on google, Balloon Designers popped up and I gave them a try. So glad I did and I won’t be buying balloons anywhere else going forward. I placed my order through the website and made a mistake so emailed and received a response right away from Steve. The customer service we received was tremendous and the attention to detail is incredible. I truly can’t recommend this company enough!! The designs they come up with are jaw dropping. They can do anything you need from a simple bouquet for a child’s birthday to an extravagant display as seen on their Instagram page. Forget the party store, order from Balloon Designers, you won’t regret it! My daughter absolutely loves her balloons. Thank you for putting such a big smile on her face! Highly recommend.

Steve and Alexa were able to take my idea and turn it into a creative piece of Art! I have enjoyed their work from other events that I attended and decided I wanted the same awesome creativity. They were really easy to work with, and went over and beyond to make the balloon design perfect for my event! I highly recommend Balloon Designers. They’re responsive and great to work with, and they’ll work with your budget. We’ve used them for two virtual COVID birthday parties and it has made my kids’ birthdays memorable!
