“I am Canadian and live in Vancouver BC. At the end of July my Canadian 2020 Honda CRV broke down while I was in North Bend Washington. Late Friday afternoon! Damn, doesn't get any worse than that as there is no service around. AAA supported by its Canadian equivalent(BCAA) helped me out and recommended GERE Automotive in Snoqualmie for service. This may seem straight forward but there are differences between Canadian and American Hondas and I had to go back home.
The problem was more complex than originally thought. Gere staff were extremely helpful and thorough in this international service. Gere staff took into account the Canadian variances which was essential.
The staff were very good, Jason and Mike.
The car runs fine I am very happy to have my car back.
The bill was pricey but, would have been on either side of the border. Such is the nature of car repair. I am completely happy with the work and customer service.
The Gere Automotive shop was tidy and clean. That was important as it demonstrates an attention to detail which carries over to their work.

“Had my wife bring my Honda Pilot for detail. This vehicle was in the garage for 3 months after a deer accident that left it without a windshield. For some reason, the shop that supposedly fixed my car left it very dusty inside and even left deer flesh still on the windows. Mark's auto detail brought it back to life and did an excellent job! Looks good as new! Highly recommended. They were on time too!”

“Rob has helpled me on two occations. Once advising me not to repair a transmission on my 2002 Trailblazer because of cost vs. vehicle value. A second time rebuilding my 2009 4Runner transmission and replacing the transfer actuator, transefer, transmission, and diff fluids, rear engine and diff seals when he had the transmission out. He is a clear communicator that provided us with practical cost options every step of the way. He isn't out to just get business. His shop is very busy and he fit us in to a tight schedule. He and his shop are knowledgeable and do great work. Too bad he doesn't fix enginess too. ;-)”
“I needed an honest opinion about my suspension system. One mechanic quoted me $3,500 to $4,000 to repair it and a second mechanic stated nothing was wrong with it. A close friend of mine recommended Gary King of King's Quality Auto Repair to take a look at it. Although it was a 45 minute drive each way, an honest mechanic is like a diamond in the rough. They inspected it thoroughly and showed me a minor concern to watch in the future. Bottom-line, nothing is wrong with my suspension system. “Did a complete performance rebuild of my 81' Lancia Zagato to include welding of rusted engine frame mounts. Ray is without a doubt a very meticulous, high attention to detail, quality oriented, performance minded moto-craftsman/ mechanic. He knows the inside scoop on FIAT-LANCIA service updates etc and knows what works best for these vechicles. My Zagato has over 70k MI on it since this rebuild and with regular maintaining is running very strong and reliably. I am going back soon for a valve adjust.”
“Just like everyone has said, Fred is the real deal. I have two older dirt bikes, a 2000 Yamaha and a 1976 Honda. I keep the bikes near Canada and I couldn't find anyone to work on them. Finally I tracked down Fred and he said, bring them in. Long story short. He fixed them both up and they run better than ever. I highly recommend Fred because he is a man of his word. If he can't fix it no one can!!!”

I say “team” because I’ve seen them put their heads together on a few out-of-the-ordinary, highly technical jobs. Unfortunately, that’s uncommon in the automotive repair business.I do most of my own work, but when it gets too technical, or requires specialized tools and equipment, Wilderness Chevron - Auto Service & Repair, is my go-to shop. You simply will not find this level of expertise and teamwork at most other shops or dealerships.Don’t be fooled by the size of Glenn’s Shop, I’ve seen them tackle virtually any job, up to and including engine replacements. And, don’t assume you need to take your vehicle to a dealer for specialized service. That is simply not true. Nor is it true that dealers provide the “best” work. I say this based upon experience as an Automotive and Truck Repair Fleet Manager (retired).Bottom line: You can count on reasonable turnaround times, work completed on time, and competitive prices.”

“Klahanie's Chevron has been such a blessing to this community for decades! Dave and his staff always are so willing and happy to help with any situation! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for my oil changes or tire issues or whatever the issue.They always are pleasant to work with and take of the customer. Tonight at 5pm I came in because my tire was losing air and, on the spot, they detected it was a valve issue and took care of it for me immediately so I didn't have to leave it overnight to get fixed the next day. I appreciate them very much! Thank you Dave!”
