Honestly I don’t know how this bank functions. There is a new girl who has no problems telling customers she has no idea what she is doing or she doesn’t know how to count. Was she not trained for the position? How does a bank let someone like that work there? That is just embarrassing.

I just read other reviews and I agree that it’s a wonder this branch is even operational! I could call all day and no one answers the phone. Make an appointment says the recorded message. Then the automated system says there are no appointments for 2 more days. I’ve been turned away several times when they couldn’t help me in person. I’m moving my account elsewhere. Ridiculous. And I’m a Private Banking client…

Visited a week ago to open/transfer an account and apparently I was stupid to do so. The middle aged woman who “helped” me was so implicitly rude throughout our entire three minute conversation. She looked at me as if I were ridiculous/asking her an impossible request and curtly told me to do it online (but I’m not comfortable with that, not tech savvy). When I asked if there were any other options and a few questions about the timeline of the transfer process she just dryly laughed at me, all but rolling her eyes, and said she didn’t know anything. I walked out of there a little stunned with how small a simple customer service interaction made me feel. I never write reviews, but that was absolutely ludacris.

This location off Jensen Way has some of the smartest bankers and representatives I have ever interacted with along with NFCU. If you don't know your sh!t they will help you. ask for mike or crystal :)

20 minutes so far waiting in drive thru with one car in front of me. I see a review from over a year ago with same issue. obviously Wells Fargo takes feedback seriously.Support a local bank or credit Union instead

I sincerely hope this location improves since it’s the location closest to my home. Poor service and long waits (even when it’s not busy) have been consistent.

Waited in drive through for over 45 mins with only one car in front of me. Lobby not open, No explanations, no signs. The worst customer service experience when I finally got to the window by teller, Natasha, who seemed to think this was ok. This is not the first time experiencing horrible service at this location. Certainly time to consider an alternative bank.

Left literally 3 messages trying to open account for my son, never got called back. Tried to deposit at the ATM, wasn’t working. They never answer their phone and you have to wait weeks to get an appointment for things any teller should be able to do. No banker could show me how to send money internationally. I am literally shocked they are still in business.

literally go to any other bank.. I was with wells for like 11 years and they couldn’t even help me open a savings account.. NOTHING IS EASY AT WELLS

Hours are very poor. Always waiting in line. If this is banking Well Fargo has a long way to go to be average
