My spouse visited the Poulsbo store due to issues with his android phone. Vickie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough in troubleshooting the problem. We will definitely visit this location again if needing in person assistance.

Went into this Verizon store having an issue with my phone. Nate helped me out and I cannot say enough how great working with him was. I would highly recommend this store particularly working with Nate to anyone. He definitely did more than necessary to help me. I do not usually leave reviews good or bad but his assistance was more than I expected and a better experience interacting with any store associate I have had in years. This 5 star review is 100% because of how helpful Nate was. Go there and work with Nate for your Verizon needs, even if you live in Seattle! The ferry and drive would be worth going to this store in my opinion.

Wow, we have been trying to cancel Verizon for a couple of months and they make it incredibly difficult (especially for older folks). When calling, there is no option to speak with a person about service and if you do push and call back multiple times they will charge you an additional fee - great customer service, huh. My mother was treated very poorly multiple times when trying to cancel her service. I would strongly recommend trying another company that cares about their customers. Why is Verizon targeting elderly people, making billing a challenge - probably for profits and their bottom line.
