I had a problem with a package. Poulsbo called me even though I had marked to please email me. The guy on the phone told me there was nothing he could do about my issue, got rude then hung up on me when I told him I was going to report his rudeness. I see nothing has changed. Bad service as usual.

I drop off packages here probably 4 to 5 times a week. The service is always great. Even when the line is long it moves quickly. I rarely wait more than five minutes, including during the lunch hour. Postal clerks are always nice.

Worst customer service I've received at a post office. The clerks are incompetent with even something so simple as a change of address. I had to go back and forth with it verified it and the lady there told me my address was updated. I come to find out she never did it even with all the verification and forms properly submitted and lied to me. The clerks there need to be reprimanded and how rude they were. This has caused alot of stress not properly receiving important mail.

This place is a black hole! Constantly losing mail or taking a week plus to deliver something after it shows on informed delivery. We can go weeks without mail and then all of a sudden our box is overflowing with stuff that was mailed weeks prior. It took months to even get this post office to deliver mail on occasion as they refused to update their systems to reflect our address. The postmaster here is a joke and she just lets the staff get away with doing anything, which apparently is usually doing nothing.

The people are always helpful and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with them. There have been times where I was missing a package and they would go out of their way to help me locate it.

I went to the Poulsbo Post Office to pick up a registered letter. The clerk couldn't find it so I asked for the postmistress. A young woman came up to the counter, not wearing a name tag. I asked her name and she told me "Naomi". She even snidely spelled it for me. She was very rude and unhelpful and couldn't find the letter. I asked her for a business card and she said that she didn't have any. Well I filed a complaint and today I received a call from the ACTUAL postmistress. It turns out Naomi is the lead clerk (not any more hopefully). The postmistress was appalled about this employee. File a complaint, something does happen!

Watched package delivery person throw my package today. They had 5 more steps to take to put it on the porch, but no, just threw it. Doesn't matter what they surmise is in the package, it's unprofessional.

Live locally & use this post office for years! They are understaffed unfortunately & do what they can with the resources given. I have always had a good experience, always helpful. I did have a weird experience; another customer paid for my PO Box. The other customer was confused with their PO#. Easy fix- I paid for my PO Box & staff refunded the other customer. Had a good laugh Not sure of the bad reviews. Everyone is kind at this location. If this location doesn't work for you, drive to Silverdale & stop complaining.

I had the exact experience as another reviewer. Paid for five certified/ return receipt letters (payouts to beneficiaries). Two receipts were returned, so three were missing after two months. Since this was an estate closing, the certifieds are in the estate records as proof of delivery. Their website states: "If you have purchased a Return Receipt at a retail Post Office™ location and have not received the return receipt (or receive an incomplete receipt), you may request a refund or replacement record either:After 30 calendar days from date of mailing.Any time after you know the item has been delivered."The clerk said "this is not a guaranteed service and we don't give refunds."I knew arguing was futile, so I left, went to Keyport Post Office, where I was listened to, they actually looked up the tracking, gave me explanations as to what may have been AND refunded the cost of three certified mails, AND even apologized!

Had a package get sent to our physical address by mistake, as we don't have a mailbox there, just use a PO box. I filed a mail intercept on the website so they could hold it and I would pick it up; didn't happen. They said it got returned to sender, who is in New York. Every few days I would check with the sender, but nothing showed up. then after several weeks he says he got a notice that it was on it's way...from Alaska! But another week goes by, still nothing, so I check the original tracking; says it's in Tacoma heading back to the Poulsbo Post Office. ??? So I call the post office to hopefully avoid the whole thing starting over. The woman I talked to had no interest in helping the situation. I explained this was a delicate piece of audio equipment, that has been touring the country for some unknown reason. When I told her the whole story and that it ended up in Alaska, she just says 'yeah, I see that," but still offered no type of solution. Then just silence until I said 'so that's it?' Yep was her reply. Unbelievable that this type of disastrous service doesn't require someone to step up, go the extra distance, and solve the problem. This was a $500 lesson to never trust anything to USPS. I wonder where the package will travel next...:(

Mail delivery to my house is normally not until after 6pm,and when I'm due to receive packages they don't even send me a notice for pickup. Unbelievable, Every Employee should be replaced !

Easily the laziest group of postal workers on the planet! Multiple times I’ve been told that a driver was “unable to access my deliver location”. Really?! It’s a mailbox that is somehow delivered to every other day! Please review your staff and eliminate those who clearly don’t want to work!

Staff at this office is rude, I paid for certified mail return receipt, letter made it to its destination but never got my receipt back.they basically told me that there is nothing they can do for me, call the 1-800 number wich I already did & they told me to come into a actual post office. I highly recommend to avoid this post office, nothing but disappointment here.

This used to be a great post office. Not sure what is happening but I am tired of getting other peoples mail and packages. At least the mail I can drop in a blue box but packages usually do not fit. I call and call but no one answers.I use the online service to have them pick the packages back up but no one ever gets back to me. I did have some random person who never identified himself asking if 'the package' was dropped off.It is simply easier for me to deliver these than go stand at the post office and drop them off...possibly to receive them again. Literally the street name is different from 12 to 4 letters, seriously ridiculous...happens every couple day?? Answer your phone! Read the address when sorting the mail.
