I had my identity stolen a while back and the response I received from everyone I dealt with at the Poulsbo Safeway branch was top notch. They really took the time needed to lock down my accounts and credit back the fees that the crooks incurred by illegally accessing my accounts. They couldn't have been more helpful!

Well Iv always had a wonderful experience at this branch of USBank. Katie is the best employee always helpful and has always taken care of all of our needs quickly and professionally. All the employees are terrific. We are very happy banking at this office

This is the worst bank for customer service that I've ever done business with in my 25 years of doing business. I made an appointment to come in and add three savings accounts to my business checking account and waited in line for 5 minutes and then was told that Katie's the only one who could set this up by the manager who was standing there doing nothing but watching everybody. With three people behind the counter plus Katie I did not feel like waiting around in a Safeway grocery store to have the only person in the world who could set up my savings accounts finish up with her current customer this was ridiculous. Since I open my accounts 3 years ago with US Bank I started three more companies and guess what? I went to a different bank than US Bank due to their poor customer service. Oh yeah also try calling them if they don't answer there's no way to leave voicemail you have to just keep redialing them until you get through.
