I cant even count the times of disappointment. One of the drivers dropped their tracking pad so I called to let them know and they wanted me to drive it to the headquarters. Lazy, rude staff and bad customer service. We had a box for 11 years and canceled because they kept misplacing packages. Hopefully they invest in training for the staff.

The best and most patient group of individuals I have ever seen in postal carrier service. I am amazed by their patience, efficiency, and speed to get things processed! Way to go!

Sam from the Poulsbo UPS store (purple hair) went above and beyond in helping me ship out a delicate item. She was very patient and was a great problem solver in a tricky situation. Shout out to Realyn and Joe who also helped out!

I also just had a horrible experience with he staff after dropping off an Amazon return. I usually drop my returns at Whole Foods or other UPS locations and I always have an email receipt before I even leave the store. The purple haired clerk asked me if I wanted a reciept after she scanned my QR code and I said not that’s ok, I always get an emailed within minutes. I left to do other shopping and after 25 minutes, I still had not received an email notification of return and I checked my Amazon account and it did not show receipt of the item so I went back to the UPS store to the same clerk and told her the situation. She said, I can’t do anything about it, you have to call Amazon. I asked if she could just print another receipt for me, she said that’s not possible. I asked her to scan the QR again and she said no, that I would have to call Amazon. I told her that was ridiculous and that it ALWAYS automatically generates an email as soon as the code is scanned. She shrugged her should, took a big slurp or her soda and said, there’s nothing she can do about it. The. She asked when I dropped it off and I said about 25 minutes ago to YOU. Then she said that it won’t generate an email until the whole shipment of returns go out. She was rude and dismissive and made NO attempt to be helpful. I have worked with registers and receipts before and I know hat it is possible to generate receipts or at the least she could have scanned my code again. The worst thing spas her horrible attitude. Wish I had gotten her name but I’m pretty sure the purple hair can let the manager know. There is no reason to talk to customers like that.

Not a big fan of having to come here, I will go out of my way to drive to the Silverdale location. Employees always on their phones, not attentive at all. Last time I was in there I was told I needed to email a shipping label to them, so I picked up my phone & waited for the employee to give me the email address, they immediately picked up their phone & started typing away. At first I thought they were opening up an email app or something, but they definitely were not. After a few moments I said "um, where should I email this?" To which they finally said "Oh sorry!" And finally put their phone down. Then another employee came out from the back and started speaking to me in a super condescending tone because I forwarded it the wrong way, when I was given literally no instruction on how to send the email...they looked at me as if I was the idiot in this scenario.Super unprofessional behavior almost every time I come here, take the extra 15 minutes to drive to the Silverdale location.

First time trying to return an Amazon package at this location, and will never do that again. I've never been told, at the Silverdale location, that I need to tape the bag shut or I would have to pay them for a strip of tape. The clerk wasn't friendly or kind, which is so different then the Silverdale location. Amazon, I think you can cover a strip of tape on a bag or does UPS not value their relationship with Amazon? Either way, do not use the Poulsbo UPS for Amazon returns.

Good store but the lady at the counter always seems so stressed out and frazzled I'm just waiting for her to snap. This morning she was bit condescending towards younger male coworker who might be just learning the ropes but nonetheless he seems very competent in his job.
