I saw my GP today because over the last couple of months my lower back pain has gotten worse. I've been seeing my chiropractor once or twice a week, which helps for a while, but then I wake up unable to stand upright until I have a hot shower.
She listened to me, reviewed the ortho doctor's report from 2016 with me, then gave me the consults I needed to see what has changed. She did not mention my weight (although I did, since I have gained a little bit since my gastric bypass). She did not tell me this is just what happens when one gets older. She did not condescend in any way. I was in pain that was new and limiting how I live my life, so she worked with me to help me find out why.
She is thorough, warm, funny, and caring. Sometimes I have to wait for her to get to me at an appointment. I am happy to do so since I know she is giving the same attention and time to the patient before me.

Called the Poulsbo location saying I'm new to the area and would like to become a new patient. Before I could specify the specialty, I was told none of their physicians are accepting new patients, ending the conversation as quickly as it started. I asked, there's not a single healthcare provider accepting new patients for all of the Doctor's Clinic? In any specialty? She then says oh, there is one in X location, but their first availability is September.
It was like they are trying to discourage new business, and scare those they turn away into thinking there isn't another option out there for them.

I would greatly appreciate a call back when I leave a message with the medical assistant but it never happens and I find this unacceptable

Best Dr. My family has ever had. It was sad we had to move out of the area.
My grandson (4) still asked to go see
Dr. Reingsdorf because “she is my friend”. This even after he got his immunization shots”.

Jonathan Mendelsohn, MD Is the worst doctor ever! Made extremely uncomfortable. missed diagnosed me with severe anxiety and I want that removed from my records immediately! Refuse to get to the point of any issues! He’ll just throw pills at you! Just cares about his feelings and that is it ! His medical license should be removed forever! Never in my life have I been embarrassed by a doctor! I’m so glad I left his care ! Heck I would never ever recommend him not even to my enemies because nobody should be in care ever again! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS ETHICS GOING OUT THE WINDOW WITH HIM ! DO NOT GO HIM FOR ANY CARE WHATSOEVER! IF HE WANTS TO START TALKING HE CAN FIND MY NUMBER AND WE CAN START TALKING!

Been going here for a year, and loved my Primary doctor, however I just heard she's leaving. The office is a little unorganized, but I will continue here and see a new doctor.

My children see Dr Vitone and Dr Anderson at this location. They have been so amazing in their care for them and helping me anytime I have questions. They always fit us in quickly and their medical assistants are top notch! ? Love this clinic so much!

I used to love this place when Joseph Smith, DNP was here but it has really gone down hill. The MAs and schedulers/front desk are the worst and have poor customer service and patient care. I’ve left multiple messages for assistance in getting a COVID recovery letter so I can travel and they either ignore me or transfer me to someone’s voicemail and act like I’m bothering them. They almost jeopardized my trip to Europe but luckily I got ahold of Indigo healthcare and they were able to help me immediately. Best customer service and I highly recommend them over the doctors clinic Poulsbo

If I could give 0 I would. This staff is unprofessional, unkind, and has zero thought to patients well being. I sent my husband to this horrid place BECAUSE they seemed to be taking new patients. We are new to this region. He was treated like cattle, insurance way overcharged, no questioned asked by dr. Johnson, he should be considered Lower case because he has not behaved any where near what someone deserving of DR. Should. Staff annoyed, couldn't be bothered, suggested trying "somewhere else" while this is supposed to be his primary care( and has a heart condition) New to the area, lesson learned. This office is equivalent to the deer droppings in my yard.garbage office

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mendolsohn!! Definitely felt cared for and heard. I never really experienced long wait times in the lobby or in the exam room. He really changed my life and helped get my health in order so I highly suggest!!!

I saw Joseph Smith, DNP, who has left this location recently to the VA I believe. Quite unfortunate because he was very friendly, down to earth, and knew his stuff. Also very responsive online. 5 stars for him. 4 stars overall as TDC here made an error with billing codes and tried charging me for something I did not owe. That did get resolved through my insurance though.

Friendly office with competent staff. The nurse was chipper and attentive. Mathew Johnson - the doctor I saw - was quite a reasonable guy who didn't waste my time. To the point and effective.
