“We have 2 units here and they are more than accommodating. They work with your schedule, office staff is friendly and attentive. The units are clean, and the property has 24 hr security cameras. Highly recommend for any storage needs. Easy to find also!”
“Pacific Storage has been absolutely wonderful! The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Diane, in particular, went above and beyond for us — always checking in, following up, and making sure everything was taken care of (even when my mom couldn’t quite get the storage unit locked correctly). She never made us feel like a bother and was so patient and proactive.
Every time we stopped by, the whole team was welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. It’s rare to find a business that combines great service with genuinely kind people, but Pacific Storage nails it.

“I agree with all the other positive reviews about this facility. It's very affordable, they respond to emails and phone calls right away if you have questions.
They've never tried to raise my rates, or sell me more than what I need. All of the employees I have encountered have been very helpful and friendly. I haven't had any strange experiences. It's no frills and affordable like others say.
Probably not ideal for someone looking for a place to store sensitive electronics like computers or stereo equipment as the units aren't really super insulated and do have some dampness as you would expect for all outward facing units. This is not at all a complaint, I hang up a damp rid whenever I visit and it keeps my stuff perfectly dry. I just personally wouldn't store any electronics or moisture sensitive stuff.
Just upgraded my unit for even more space and love it!
It seems pretty secure, there are cameras and each unit door has an alarm on it. The gate is closed except on weekends. I feel pretty comfortable that my stuff is safe here.
It's in a great location too.”
