ALEXIS!!! This is a super post to you . When I first inquired about this salon I was nervous since I have coarse, curly, wavy poofy hair . Every time I get it cut it's always lopsided , or I have a random long piece in the back . This girl is a rockstar !! I had my hair japanese thermal straightened and have been trimming it out so I can enjoy my curls again . She shaped my hair, thinned it out , taught me about curl patterns , how to retrain my hair , correct salon grade products , heat products , inquired about my routine , and even talked to me about color because I was honest and told her I had thermal straightening in my hair still and the color she is seeing is blonde that I had professionally colored back to my original color . I can't wait to go back to start my color journey ! Since I want peak a boos in there ! She was so lovely , knowledgeable and after the cut my hair has been bouncy , light , curly for days ! I feel so confident since I work with doctors and patients all day and they notice EVERYTHING!! The Salon is very neat, tidy, clean and professional . Thank you girl ! I will forever be going back to you .

I made an appointment with Alexis Toll after seeing her post on a local FB group. I showed her a picture of what I wanted 3-5 time during my appointment. She was pleasant. The salon is very dark. When she was done with my hair, looked darker than I asked for but since it was dark in the salon, I decided not to say anything in front of her new client. I thought it would be better to check it out at home. She was eager to set up a new appointment but I made an excuse so I could evaluate this very expensive hair coloring. My bill with tip was $365.88. I got home and checked my hair in every light in my house. It was much darker than it was when I went in which is not at all what I asked. I asked for an icy blonde and not a brunette. I messaged her, told her I would not make another appointment and said my hair was much darker than it was before I went in. She recommended purple shampoo to help correct her mistake. I would have to spend money to fix it but this is also the same shampoo she told me while she was doing my hair that she wouldn't recommend it for my hair type (I have been told in the past not to use it). She offered to redo it for free but at this point, I lost any ounce of confidence in her. Her mistake, her bad recommendation (other colorists agree) etc. I then asked for my tip back because she truly did not deserve a penny of it. She decided to ignore me after I asked. After she ignored me, I decided to comment on her post, the one I saw to make an appointment. I stated the above with pictures. Within 5-10 minutes (not at all exaggerating) she deleted the post. She decided to post in a local private group of all beauticians etc. in kitsap and she told everyone if I made an appointment to fix her mistake, they need to cancel because I was a difficult client. She blocked anyone who defended me. This post was very hurtful since she made the mistake. I was criticized by a few of her friends who backed her and was told they back her only because she's one of them. She slandered my name, made sure no colorist would touch me to fix her mistake (or take me on as a client) in kitsap, kept 100% of the money, refused to return the tip (I didn't ask for it all, just my tip) and had her friends pm me to harass me. Took my daughter-in-law in to see Laura Lee for a hair cut and some pampering as she is 8 months pregnant. Laura Lee was perfect she listened to what my daughter-in-law wanted and what would be a good fit for a low maintenance look for after she gives birth in a few weeks. My daughter-in-law talked all night and this morning about how Laura Lee made her feel human again, and that she loves her haircut.

Abigail is simply amazing. I have been going to her for over a year now and every time I walk out feeling and looking amazing I've left a few photos of her work down below, they will just speak for her work. The salon is cute, clean, and cozy

Do not recommend this place abigail is horrible. She didn't seem professional she messed up my hair the first time I went in, went back the next day for her to "fix" and it still wasn't right my hair broke off in the front and when I went in my hair was very healthy!!! Sectioning off my hair when I went home the second time I looked liked I had cheetah spots in my hair. I had to go to a second place for them to fix was she did. So basically paying two times. Very disappointing pictures are from me going to get it fixed at a second place after she said she fixed it! Mind you my hair was always done by a professional

Alexis is awesome! She's super sweet and really accommodating. I love that she knew exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and she even gave me some great pointers.The salon is great. I love the industrial vibe they're going for.Great Covid protocols implemented and maintained.

I always look forward to my appointments with Laura Lee. Even with social distancing, she makes you feel loved and cared for. There have been several times where I have come to my appointment and she had asked what I like about my hair currently. Which really makes me think. Then there are days like today where I asked her to just fix it, and it make it pretty and natural. I loved what she did,and I didn't have to provide much input.

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I’m new to the area and was looking for a salon to cut my hair. My fade was not blended in, and I was told (after my haircut) to go to a barber if I wanted that done. Would not go here for men’s haircuts.
