I just recently came to this shop and received the best customer service from Aaron. He helped me design some custom jewelry pieces and was able to get me some fantastic deals. He even helped me by fixing some of my older pieces that I brought in. It's rare to find someone who provides this kind of stellar service. I've been back 3 times since the first time I've visited. This will be my go to spot from here on out!

Aaron was incredibly helpful with us when we just needed to get an idea of how much our ring was worth. There was nothing in it for him because he knew we weren't looking to buy - but even so he still helped us out and was incredibly kind and informative. Great man! The rings inside were beautiful too!

Aaron was wonderful! He had to cut my rings off because my finger had swelled, and he then created an almost total replication of an antique ring I found online, but wanted to tweak to include pieces of mg original ring. He also worked within my budget to create the ring of my dreams. Thank you so much! I would absolutely recommend Ofishel Jewelry to anyone, she I will definitely be coming back for any of my future jewelry needs!!

I saw this lavender jadeite bangle on their shop on Etsy and fell in love! I had it saved for almost 2 years, and this year we decided to make a day trip to Poulsbo and check it out (we live in Renton which is super lucky for us)! Aaron was super nice and I ended up getting the bangle! It had been certified by Mason Kay, which is great and gives me piece of mind especially knowing about all the treated jade floating around in the market these days. I love it so much and look at it all the time. Will be back again!

Great service! Aaron went out of his way to make sure I got my ring repaired and back on my hand as soon as possible. Personalized service we would not have gotten if we had gone to a bigger jewelry store. Would recommend for jewelry repair.
