Not what it used to be a few years ago. They had a great team there for a while, but after the manager retired and their outstanding employees left or were fired (without cause), it's been a shadow of its former self. Been going to O'Reilly's instead.
Update 05/30/2024:
Just experienced retaliation from management for the 1* review. Stopped by to drop off some parts to be delivered to a shop and to pick up some for mine only to be told I am not welcome in their store any longer. The exact quote was "You can shop at O'Reilly's now." Did I need your permission beforehand? I believe this behavior speaks for itself and lends more credibility to my review. If I could give 0* I would.

Terrible experience. This was the third NAPA that I went to looking for a starter for an old Ford camper van. The first 2 stores had starters for me, but I had them check to make sure that they were good first. Both starters were bad. I went to Poulsbo for the third starter after an employee from Silverdale called to check for availability. He also asked him to check it first over the phone for me before I drove out there. He did and said it was good. I got home and installed the starter that I picked up from Poulsbo and this third one also turned out to be bad. I know this because I put it on a car battery and it barely turned. The employee either lied or did not know what the difference between a good and bad starter is. Either way it was very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this parts store, and if you find that you have to, make sure to check all parts yourself because apparently the staff does not care that they are selling faulty parts

Condescending, rude, and demeaning.Thought the folks at this shop would help my 17 year old daughter replace the gas cap for her car. Instead they made jokes and teased her as if she'd lost, ran over, or left the gas cap behind somewhere. Then tried to justify giving her a hard time. For a young women to walk in to a parts store looking for some help you all made her feel pretty embarrassed. Instead of seeing an opportunity to help someone out and reinforce a young person's confidence you insult her and make the world just that much worse.Hope your business goes down the toilet!
