Bottom Line: Apache Camping Center Poulsbo does great work and is staffed with a professional crew
I recently upgraded my tow vehicle on Memorial Day weekend. I also had camping reservations in two weeks. My Equalizer hitch needed to be adjusted. It's a very busy time for them and the first appointment would have been in August if they just added me to the end of the list. The Service Scheduler Lana took the time to find a time slot that would allow me to get my trailer and tow vehicle set up correctly and allow me to make my site reservation . When I arrived, the service guys, Liam, Gabe, Brian, and Gene were ready and performed the set up in a professional manner. Explained the difference between my previous tow vehicle and my new, even down to the payload differences.
I've been a customer of Apache Camping Center for 6 years and purchased two trailers. I've used the service department for my routine yearly maintenance with that same outstanding service. You really appreciate a well run service department when they go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of at moments like that.
Also a quick recommendation on their sales department. If your thinking about purchasing or upgrading your trailer, stop by and have a chat with Marc Plum.

I purchased my NuCamp TAB 400 in 2019 from the Apache Camping Center in Poulsbo and have always taken my trailer there for service. They have always been top notch and helpful, professional and knowledgeable! A special shout out to Liam, Devin and Lena - Thank you!

I have been taking my 2016 Tab Little Guy to Apache Camping Center in Paulsbo for all my parts and repairs. I now, wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are knowledgable, competent, conscientious and a real pleasure to work with.
They always fix my Tab Little Guy quickly and satisfactorily.
I’ve had 2 big repairs, and a few minor repairs. One to my heat system, and to my refrigerator. Plus..they installed that great Bike Rack. I am very happy with their service. The new refer looks like it was made for the Teardrop. You can’t tell it’s not original, even with the cabinet alteration. That takes skill and they have that in aces.
The parts store is extensive and if they don’t have something you want… no worries you’ll get it without waiting long.
It’s great to have such a treasure right here in Paulsbo.

Apache Camping Kitsap crew was amazing. Rick was our sales person and was very helpful And got us in a great rig. Liam who did the walk thru and repairs was great. Professional, kind, knowledgable and patient. His right hand guy Brian was fantastic too. We would for sure recommend them and service team.

Had a great experience working with Rick and Devin from Apache. We ordered a 2024 Scout Olympic and Rick was very engaged in communication with us up until it arrived, making sure everything was correct and that our truck was ready. When we came to pick it up, Devin gave us a very thorough and thoughtful walkthrough, making absolutely sure we were satisfied and well equipped to drive away. I would highly recommend this location, the staff was so kind and knowledgable!

Just had to leave a quick review, the DMV was requiring me to have an appraisal for a used trailer I purchased privately. They definitely didn’t need to help me with this, but Rick was super responsive and helpful and provided me with what I needed at no charge and extremely quickly. If this is how they treat non customers I’m sure you’ll be well taken care of here as a customer.

My family and I had a great experience purchasing our travel trailer at Apache. This was our first rv purchase and while researching the buying process, I heardmultiple horror stories online regarding shady rv dealership practices. Fortunately, my experience buying at Apache went extremely well. In addition, my experience with the service department has been exceptional. Devin and Liam in the service department are great. We needed warranty work completed after our first couple of camping trips, which I was expecting. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule without any haggling. They even fixed a couple of items that I had not noticed.Overal, Apache provides a 5 star buying and service experience.

Shady in a word.Its one thing to damage a camper while your repairing it.....that's just low IQ workers....but to hide it, to not acknowledge it is Shady, and then to run from it, avoid taking responsibility is another level of bad Karma. Took 1 year old triple slide truck camper in, fridge had failed. They had my unit in the mud, in the back, probably had workers needing to get to ********* for their happy meal because they scratched the stainless front plates, gouged the non replaceable cabinet corners, and drug the metal feet on the one piece vinyl membrane floor, so that was about $10,000.00 in depreciation from just one visit to the ultra Shady Apache Camping Center...They avoid the issue because they know the entire floor, and the center island plus the fridge would need to be replaced, and they likely know...they are not capable of doing it right...

We met Rick at the Tacoma RV show and after figuring out that we preferred the Microlite DS 21 over the our other two choices, we moved forward with the purchase. We brought home the trailer the following weekend and after a few challenges that were quickly taken care of and an excellent delivery by Devon, we were off.
Once we got home we found that we had a couple of problems that required further help. We reached out to Devon and he got right on them and took care of them for us quickly.
We are very happy with our choice of the Microlite DS 21 and more so with the care and attention that we have received from Apache Camping Center.
Five stars to Rick, Devon and Sherri for proving that we made the right choice with both the Microlite and Apache Camping Center.
