CARSTAR was great. They provided a quick estimate of the work that needed to be done. They called me when there were some adjustments and gave me the price and I was very pleased at the finish product. Their staff was professional and kind and I really appreciated the work and the speed in which they did it.

Very happy with the repairs. My car looks beautiful! Customer service was great- Jamie was very helpful. They also got the job finished early. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do—I will think of them first.

Brianna was great at keeping me informed on what stage the repairs were at, so I could plan accordingly. She was friendly, yet professional when talking with her.
The work on the car looks fabulous, and it was clean inside and out when finished.
I really appreciate Brianna explaining how to care for the finish on the car to give it time to cure.

Had occasion to use John's Body Shop to have my car repaired after someone backed into it. They were very friendly and had it in and fixed way faster than I thought they could.
They did a great job and treated me well!
Would not hesitate to recommend them.

My car looks beautiful! I was the victim of a hit and run and I brought my car to John’s and they did such a great job on repairs! From start to finish the car looks brand new. The only reason I gave a 4 is I would have loved more updates along the way.

The folks over here did such a great job! My car got rear ended and left a decent size dent. They took my car and it only took 5 days for it to be repaired. The whole time they provided me with updates and was never in the dark. My only complaint is when they cleaned my car, they neglected to dry it and now my car is cursed with water spots all over.

Car Star in Poulsbo is by far the best body shop I’ve ever encountered and I dont know how any could be better. Jaime, the boss, was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. When needed parts were delivered there were no further delays getting the work done and my car now looks as though it never had an accident.

The service was friendly, professional, quick and comprehensive. All I needed was a ding repaired, and the area repainted. What sets them apart was their ethic: I was treated with respect, and dignity, even as Jamie was friendly and very helpful. The work was completed very quickly, and the vehicle returned cleaned inside and out! Any and all businesses should take a page from their book on how to treat a customer and perform a job. Amazing. Already singing their praises to any and all!
