“You asked for it. Most people, especially in today's economy can not afford to pay the lump sum every six months. If they can, they are penitalzed by not being able to get the automatic payment discount. Then you turn around and charge $1.50 installment fee for paying monthly. When will a company actually do right by their customers and not try to nickel and dime them?”
