I have a ***** 2011 vehicle for 8 months. Reported a **** issue. I was told by the dealership I was contacted, but I did not see a phone number or voicemail. Not denying I may have missed a call,.When I did try to call for replacement on the **** I am expected to pay now. I was told that it has been a year and too late to replace the parts and I would have to pay for the parts that was supposed be replaced initially. It has not been a year like the salesman said. I have random lights coming on now as well, side air bag off and then flashes back on. Floor boards wet. First car I bought by myself and feel like I have been taken.

We purchased a used vehicle on a Thursday evening., on Sat, we had a temp gauge alert go on, that quickly went to red. I called the dealership and they immediately assured me they would send someone out with a trailer to pick it up. ( we live near Shelton) Sunday morning, their guy showed up right on time, was extremely friendly and professional and brought the car back to the dealership. We got a call on Wednesday that the car was ready to go. We drove to Poulsbo to pick it up, but didn't make it make home before the temp gauge alert popped up again. Called Hudson back and was able to drive back and drop it off. They have been amazing at listening to our concerns and replacing first the thermostat and now the water pump. It's always a risk buying a used vehicle, but the guys at Hudson have gone above and beyond to make this right.. highly recommend!

I purchased a Jeep from these guys and they really fooled me. I guess it's on me for ignorance and trust. After another $3200 for struts, shocks, brakes and rotors, my sinus satellite system was "acting up". I took it back in to them and IM STILL WAITING FOR A FUNCTIONAL STEREO. Don't talk to these guys. Get a decent deal elsewhere.

Tried calling them just now. Online says they are open but phone rings untell it just hangs up. No messages or voice mail. I'll look somewhere else that cares. "Should have known bye there lazy voiced commercial that noone would be running to answer there phone in the mornings"

I have only been to Hudson twice but I have called them a few times and each time I was lent the most amazing customer service!!I know very little about cars sounds but I am always interested in knowing the why things are happening to my car and without them making me feel like an im inferior to them they put me at ease for my check engine light and that my breaks would need to be replaced but not at this time instead of taking advantage of me being unaware of what it is that I even needed my self.I even called once and told them I needed a tune up and they asked me a series of questions that led them to the conclusion that I probably didn't need it now either instead of saying yeah bring on in and we will charge you x amount of dollars and I only needed an oil top off.I have seen a lot of people get ripped off in this way and it was exactly what I needed to hear to keep my business coming back ONLY to Hudson.Thank You again guys and gals you have a loyal customer in me and I will be recommending you to anyone who has any needs.

We didn't even pull into the parking lot before a salesman came approaching our car and when we didn't acknowledge him in a way he felt appropriate he started yelling at us implying we were rude. Again, we hadn't even parked or made it a full circle into the parking lot. We had intended on looking but immediately drove away after being yelled.

Stay away from this place. Purchased a 20 year old Ford Ranger, which they said their mechanics had gone over and ensured it was safe and mechanically sound. Within a few weeks it was leaking lots of oil, and just spent $1500 for new filters, starter, battery, brake fluid. All Hudson did was make sure the lights work. Will never go there again!

While on holiday visiting my brother I accompanied him to look for a car. It was Something I was reluctant to do because of the way sales people are when you go to buy a car. But you guys have a one of a kind Jewel the young lady that helped us was Jane pagac , wow Talk about a talented lady she knew her her stuff there wasn’t a question we asked that she didn’t have an answer to and we felt comfortable we didn’t feel pressured I’ve never said those words when buying a car again thank you for having such great foresight in hiring Jane . Brought a 2015 dodge challenger drove the car fell in love with it. Asked about car fax and sales people seemed to keep changing subject. Bought car and noticed tail light not linings up. Notice trunk bolts had paint scrapped off. Just did car fax on my nickel and saw it was wrecked in rear. When purchased they said bring in extra key for car trading in and pick up extra key for challenger. Once they got my key they came back and said there was no 2nd key for challenger but I could buy one at dodge dealership , not happy
