“At this level.... Fritz Jorg and his office are GREAT! Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful whenever we called them for help or questions.State Farm as a whole... failed us with homeowners insurance. After 40+ years as loyal clients, we dropped State Farm. We filed a claim for water damage when our pipe froze. The claims adjuster refused to pay the final $14k, which we had to pay to not get sued by the contractor. And to make matters worse, any claim over $50k got us put in the insurance claim database. We tried to get homeowners insurance on our other home, in AZ, and we are basically blacklisted from nearly all top tier insurance companies for having filed a claim that amounted to over $50k. EVEN STATE FARM WOULD NOT INSURE OUR HOME!!! 40 plus years as loyal customers, and they basically shunned us. That whole "Like a Good Neighbor, Sate Farm is their" jingle.... didn't apply to us. Guess we aren't good enough neighbors for them anymore!The claim agents who should have been monitoring our claim, while work was being done, failed in the biggest way..... but in the end, we had to pay the $14k for insurance we had been paying for for so many years. Shame on you, State Farm, for what you did!!!!!”
