Stasie Pike made me feel like I was a priority to her, not just another number. She took her time with me in explaining things, ALWAYS got back to me quickly when I needed her to do some calculations sometimes even after work hours! That's dedication right there! Always responded by phone call, text or email, never making me wait on things. Her staff was also pleasant as they worked quickly and efficiently to close on my home loan. I would highly recommend using Stasie Pike and her team at Evergreen Home Loans in Poulsbo, WA. You will be very satisfied and well taken care of!

Nick Zar is truly the best of the best. From the very beginning he took the time to explain things to us in great detail so that we were comfortable and confident in his proposals. He was always willing to meet us after hours and on weekends to accommodate OUR schedule despite his family being in town and personal business to tend to. I couldn’t thank Nick enough for making our purchase as quick and simple as possible. If you choose NOT to work with Nick Zar you are doing yourself a disservice.
