“I went in to grab my new phone from a trade-in and was helped by Derrick (hope I spelled it right) both on the day I got my phone and the day I came in to trade in the old one. The first day he was super helpful in the whole process, and I genuinely had the easiest experience with phones in my life. He let me know I could come in another day to bring the phone I traded, which was a big stresser in that moment because I wasn't sure everything was backed up properly first. For weeks, I'd been going back and forth with a Geek Squad at a different location and Apple to try to resolve an issue with a MacBook I'd bought through the Best Buy Open Box program that hadn't been properly deactivated before I purchased it.I recently moved to the area and decided I would try to get help for this issue in store one last time - the general manager, Rob, resolved the issue that I'd been having for weeks in fifteen minutes. He immediately got the frustration that I was experiencing and made the situation right. He had trouble processing the return in the regular way, but instead of just sending me away like the other store had, he made sure I got the right in-store credit so I could get a new laptop that day of equivalent value and was so helpful in resolving a situation that had been causing me so much stress. I can't express my gratitude enough for his kindness and professionalism in helping me resolve an unexpected issue!”

“I'm addicted to frozen coke slurpees and have tried all of the convenience stores that sell them in Port Orchard. Micky D has the most authentic Coke flavor if you want a drive thru but for a late night craving I go to 7/11. This store is by far the cleanest and they always have coke ready to go unlike some of the others where it's hit or miss. If you like to try different flavors, this is the place to go. I noticed today they had some new flavors out. They definitely have the best variety to choose from if you want that. I just like the frozen Coke,...way too much.”
