I've been going to this store ever since I moved to the area nearly 35 years ago. And, have always been impressed by the friendly, helpful staff. That to me makes all the difference. And it has always been a pleasure to shop there.

Great service; good prices, great selection esp of odd hardware you won't find anywhere else in Poulsbo. Owners local. Most of the staff has been there a long time, are very knowledgeable, know you by name.Surprisingly competitive with the "big box stores."

Home depot might have an ocean of cheaply assembled garbage but what they lack is that personal touch that makes you feel like someone actually cares. Max went above and beyond to help me and my family fix our plumbing problem on a budget and he wasnt rude about the fact that I was trying to save some money by fixing it myself. Save yourself the headache and get your parts here because these folks will take care of you.
