Nothing to do with the manager. I am just frustrated because I cannot make an appointment. When I call the Poulsbo phone number, it requests personal bank information. I do not need checking or savings help. I do not want a credit card. I only want to exchange dollars for euros.

$8.00 fee to cash a check. I've been to other banks like Wells Fargo, kitsap credit union, Navy federal none of them charge a fee to cash a check. Greedy Bank.

Worst Bank of America in North America (and that’s saying something). Manager is a clueless idiot who does not give a flying F about her retail customers. Branch itself is extremely run down. Tellers (short staffed) are dressed in super casual street clothes, not properly trained, unable to escalate anything and generally unhelpful and unintelligent people.

Awful service, staff and management. This is the worst managed Bank of America on the west coast. The interior is worn out and dated. Poor location. The list goes on.

Absolutely worst service I have ever received, now they don't even have normal banking hours?? Will be there first thing today at 10, will hire an attorney if I need to to get my money, been a month and a half and still have not received... disgusting and shameful

The BOA teller rejected my deposit checks from the other bank four times from four different time. The teller never did a cross check before putting the mark on them "un locate acc". What happened the other checks from the same acc before and after these. The manager, Anita Stabler should help the teller to do the job smoothly without the problem. I wonder why this BOA got low reviews at the first place or the management level had never cared about it.

Currently 6 months into attempting to close my deceased husband's account. All requested legal documentation has been provided. I have filed a complaint at the consumer protection division of the State Attorney General. Truly a horrendous experience. If you bank with Bank of America don't ever die because your family will be the ones living in hell trying to settle your affairs. Or divest now and save your loved ones the anguish on top of anguish.

A lot of people are walking around yet only a single teller is working at any given time even when there is a big line of customers. Branch manager is useless and doesn't help with easing the teller line, "it's not my job" she told a customer while I was waiting.They really just want you to use the ATM and will avoid in-bank transitions at all cost. If you need more than $500 dollars cash which is over the ATM limit, they'll tell you to go to another branch - they won't give you any more cash than what the ATM will as I was told directly by the branch manager.When I was last there the branch manager also hassled a very old person who used a walker and repeatedly tried to get him out and use the ATM even though he repeatedly said he didn't want to as it was just too difficult.They really are no longer a "bank" as much as they seem to be moving more towards "financial management" branch.This branch use to be great but somehow lost there customer service value - avoid this branch of possible

We have been with Bank of America since 1976. I find this bank to be somewhat slow in service. But there always seem to be other employees in the booths or roaming behind the scenes. I like the building but it feels hollowed out and not cozy. The cameras all aimed at you feel like an array of machine guns. The tellers themselves are friendly and helpful. I do miss the bank we used to have in Kingston. I miss having a personal relationship with my local bank. There is just something lacking in the current set up.

I have to say I received great service from Alanna Vidal. She has great energy, and was able to solve my problems in a timely manner given that they are short staffed. She was really attentive to my concerns and gave me valuable information. Very kind.Give her a raise

Rude Manager - asked about seeing a banker - answer you need to have an appointment and then just walked away - no explanation as to how to make an appointment - just a go away don't bother me - I'm busy attitude. So we will be moving our Business and personal accounts to Chase.

The bank in Bremerton is completely closed down, the one in silverdale is only open 3 days a week. I guess the people in Port Orchard & Pousbo is the only people y'all care about being able to handle their business. Just lost a customer.
