It would have been nice to know that there would be a cost to help box up an item. We bought the boxes from you, and you did give us the cost of those boxes and said that you would package it up and ship it. We had a prepaid shipping label. We were not told it would be $350 for you to actually put the item in the box and tape it up. Really? Over $100 for the boxes (2) AND $350 to package it up? We bought the boxes, and my husband witnessed the manager being rude to customers as they came in with packages to mail, saying things like, "that box won't work, too many stickers on it", no we don't do that, sorry. But not offering any other suggestions or help. The man who helped him was helpful, but again, the cost to actually package up the item. INSANE! It actually took us 15 minutes to pack the item after we got home with the boxes. If I could make $350 just to do that, then I'm in the wrong business. Waste of a trip to Port Townsend from Sequim. I'll stick to local mailing companies, they are more friendly too.

Just called to see if they’ll be open tomorrow. A female voice answered with “Hello, who is this?” That’s actually how she answered the call!!!I said I was calling to see if they were going to be open tomorrow (it’s a holiday). The answer “I believe we are.”Wow! Ummm…I’d say some intense customer service training is in order!!

Always friendly and courteous. At times my local ups store gets really busy with long lines but the employees are always friendly and quick.

I have always been greeted nicely, treated respectfully, and the attendants have been helpful and efficient. For example, today one of the registers broke. As the line backed up, they thanked us for our patience and worked hard to get things going again. All with a smile. I only had to wait a minute or two, and I appreciated their friendliness.

The saga of my HP laptop computer continues. Its a lemon in many ways. Took it to UPS Store on the 9th with a paid shipping label for 2nd day air. They packed it and said it would ship out the next day. I looked the tracking number up and the data given was shipped on the 4th and delivery scheduled on the 16th. This is not 2nd day air and not even the day I dropped it off for shipping. I called the UPS Store and it took them awhile to find the package. It sat in the store for 3 days and it scheduled for delivery tomorrow. This is not 2nd day air either. The supervisor I talked with said that the only thing that is for sure is next day air, all others are not. Customer service at UPS in Port Townsend is failing. Hope I get a new replacement computer by Easter.I just received notice that my 2nd day air was delivered on the 16th, but was shipped at the UPS Store on the 9th. That is 7 days not 2nd day air. To pay for something that is advertized and not get it is fraud.

Lady was rude and allowing other customers to be helped before others. She made snide remarks towards certain customers for others to hear. Very unprofessional.

I was very happy with the service I received today. The store was busy, then quiet and then busy again. I was assisted in good and caring fashion - in particular, he chose a bubble pack that was just the right size so as to avoid any extra shipping charge. I was very grateful for the help and good service.

My home printer broke down and I needed some documents printed. You would assume that would be easy enough. It's not happening at the Port Townsend store on Sims Way. The kid that greeted me behind the counter was SO stoned he could not explain in a sentence how to work the copier. The copier jammed, and the other printer started printing more copies than I wanted. After paying I vowed to never set foot in that store again. Besides that, they charge an arm and a leg for every little thing. Head on over to Mail Plus in the QFC parking lot for any printing/postal needs in the future. Those ladies are on top of things. They are a whole lot cheaper than UPS too. And that matters in today's economy.
